Theme-1 Self-discovery and self-expression
Self-discovery and self-expression are personally used to establish a connection with own
ability or capability. These type of conceptual is emphasizes the different pattern of words,
phrases. For Example – ask about “what student can do their tasks and “what they can do for
own learning growth and development.
Short-Story
In my personal experience, I have been sharing the important aspects of self-discovery
and self-expression. At early stage, I am suffering from behavioral issue and troublemakers in
the classroom. This kind of thing is majorly affecting in my ability or capability. Sometimes, I
am aware about the learning and development because of my disruptive behavior. Usually, I
have go to education classroom but I did not end up at therapeutic school, where my behavior
intervention of modification takes precedence over creativity and academics.
I will try focus on the self-discovery in school times, which means that help for me to
learn something innovative things. But nobody like my creativity because of my different
creativity and expression towards all around (Lee, Currie and Wright, 2020). But it is not become
easier for me to explore my personal identity and individual self-expression.
On the basis of self-discovery, I witnessed in the schools, classrooms that other students
feel free to enjoy and discover own strength. But at that time, I am not displaying in front of
other people because of disruptive behavior. I have been expressed my feelings, where teachers
can spend a lot of times with me, facilitating the personal growth. Therefore, I have been
discovered therapeutic behavioral school, however, a lot of time spent on the self-regulation,
expression of behavior plan. It makes up individuals attention that I have received.
With consideration in my mind, I have focused on create a self-discovery plan and then
try to create an outlet, which may start to fulfill the need for self-expression (McNally, 2019).
With the help of narrative therapy framework, I will attend a behavioral day school and create
their own self-directed, self-expression digital story. The digital storytelling defines digital
