 Manage a variety of data sets, including creation, updates, deletion, querying and
archiving, automating reports using various platforms;
 Verify accuracy and completeness of data;
 Support data driven decision-making by building reports, graphs and presentations
that effectively communicate complex information to corporate and mill management
teams;
 Provide subject matter expertise to business partners on available data sources and the
appropriate methodology for conducting analysis;

 Assist with the research and analysis of key business improvement opportunities;
 Monitor performance of key initiatives.
 Work with Data Stewards to implement effective metrics tracking and reporting
 Set up processes to ensure validity and data integrity in multiple databases
 Analyze data quality metrics and monitors and provide assessments of its quality and
limitations (Agnihotri, Dingus & Hu, 2016).
 Work with IT teams to resolve customer data issues and anomalies as they arise
 Support Steady State and Project teams by providing in depth knowledge of the data
and business rules
 Assist the Quality Assurance team in development of test cases
 Conduct User Acceptance Testing for Customer MDM and Salesforce applications
 Maintain data issues log and participate in prioritization sessions
 Participate in development of the Divisional Business Glossary
 Participate in and/or lead Data Quality resolution workgroups
 Independently undertake data quality initiatives and ad-hoc requests as required (Liu,
Tian & Keatley, 2015)

My selection of job
The job that interests me the most is sales associate. The URL for the job is provided
above and this particular job interests me because though this job profile does not require a
college degree but the fact that I am graduated would provide me with numerous advantages
in this field. As I am self-motivated, I would get plenty of opportunities to earn more in the
form of a sales associate based on commission. Being competitive as well as fast paced, this
sort of commission would provide me with a piece of each sale that is made by me. This
would be a benefit for me because I would get an opportunity for earning more besides

gaining more experience in this work field. Besides this, I would be able to achieve more
from this job profile because I already have job experience of around 3 years in a certain
organization. Along with this, I would get an additional advantage by receiving an employee
discount on the store merchandise. If I work for a certain store from where I shop regularly, I
would be able to save money with the help of the discount provided and hence maximize the
budget.
One more reason that makes me interested towards this particular job profile because this
field is flexible in nature and numerous retail sales jobs provide the advantage of working as
per my schedule such that I would be allowed to plan my life even after my sales gig. My
disciplined and polite nature would help me in not only keeping the store in proper order but
also deal with customers in an effective manner. Good communication skills will allow me
with communication with customers in an efficient manner along with dealing with their
queries. Along with the earning potential, the job profile of sales associate would also provide
me with unlimited learning potential. The best part of my career in sales would be the fact
that it is undefined. A particular day can involve various actions like researching various new
clients, meeting them, nurturing relationships among the clients and organisation and many
more. Hence it is a profession that is varied and hardly boring.
