INTRODUCTION
This reflection report is going to be enclosed with effectiveness of team building skills, at
the time of attaining a particular goal. Also, report will focus on the conceptual team building
theory, which is required by every single individual at the time of working with a team
(Mazzarol, and Reboud, 2020).
MAIN BODY
Experience of working with a team
During building a team so that effective term members can be made part of team who can
work together in order to achieve the goals of team in an efficient manner and within the
stipulated time and budget I used various team building skills. These skills are important to be
used so that the team which is formed can work together and collaborate their work in such a
manner that the goals of team are achieved effectively (Mazzarol and Reboud, 2020). The
various team building skills which helped me in formation of an effective team are
communication skills, problem solving skills, motivation, effective delegation of work among
members, leadership etc. so the the goals are achieved in a desired manner. With the help of
communication I was able to integrate the work of all employees by delegating their roles and
responsibilities depending on their talents. Through effective communication the flow of
information in team was made efficient which helped in updating the team members and also
delivering them the message on how they have to perform their work and what direction they
have to choose. This helped in increasing the trust of members in me which proved to be
effective in directing their work.
According to Vartika Kashyap, (2018), in order to build an effective team efficient team
building skills are important so that their work can be integrated in order to achieve the goals. I
realised this fact when I used these skills myself when dealing with the team so that they can be
motivated to work in a particular manner. Motivation skills helped me in encouraging the
members to use their talents in effective completion of work so that their satisfaction with team
can be increased and they can use their full potential in achieving team goals. Leadership style
also play an important role in managing, controlling and monitoring the work of members which
is why it is important that effective style is chosen. I used participative leadership so that the
members can be included while making decisions so that they can be encouraged to participate in
