This research study aims to provide recommendations and a rationale for establishing a yoga retreat in Kampot, Cambodia to attract both domestic and international yoga practices and tourists. The study discusses the benefits of yoga practices and yoga tourism, the type of products and services that attract and influence international yoga retreats and tourism, communication channels that can enhance yoga retreats and tourism, and recommendations for yoga studios on international retreats and tourism. The study also includes a literature review and hypothesis on the economic and health benefits of yoga, the impact of yoga on mental and physical health, yoga as a wellness tourism attraction, international retreats, and the impact of social media on yoga tourism. The research methodology includes data collection from 99 yoga teachers through questionnaires and data analysis using IBM SPSS version 23.
