HR Manager)
Human resources (HR) Professionals are employees hired to be advocate of both organization
as well as employee. It is consider as idea HR professional and also establish coordination
with staff members.
As per entering into human resources professionals and my dream job is HR manager. I have
found that HR manager will perform the different activities such as maintain, develop and
manage the different enterprise policies to ensure benefits of both employees and employers.
I have been analysed that professional growth of HR manager depends upon their
performance and strategic approach to establish a better coordination between staff members
and management system.

Interests
I have an interest towards work activities of HR manager and involvement towards staff
member and current project. I like to lead and persuade others, make a better decision and
also take risk for profit.
I have a conventional interest in which attract the different set procedures, routines,
standards. I always excided to work with data or detailed. Sometimes, I have preferred to
work with proper rules and regulation, also follows specific standards or norms.

Discuss and analyse career planning
Traditionally, I have been released that career planning consider to be responsibility of staff
members. However, people may have a lack of information regarding the career goals and
skills. In this way, I have tried to setup specific goals and then achieve idea job. Career
planning will help for me to gather, collect more information regarding Human resources Job
profile, and identify their specific tasks in the organization. Different kind of career planning
workshop are held by enterprise so that I have been participated and gained more knowledge.
It enabled them to find out what kind of work would suit them.
