INTRODUCTION
Newcastle united FC is known as English professional association football club. It was
established in 1892 with the merger of Newcastle east end and west end. It has the member of
premier league for all. They have won four league championship titles, six FA cups and a charity
shield. It has ninth highest total of award won by an English club (Business Intelligence, 2017).
This project report is all about determining various issues and opportunity those are affecting
performance of Football club. There are certain evidences are collected regarding their business
intelligence. It also provide proper analysis about using BI / DA system in order to remove
problems and performances.

Business intelligence is comprises It has been observed that Newcastle was in trend with
takeover. But there are certain implication they need to be faced at that time. Takeover
speculation has been swirling around UK. But this was the initial definitive statement from
football club that it is ready for sale and Ashley(Owner) thinks that new investments and
regulations would be perfect option for the club for moving forwards. For the purpose of making
proper analysis finance department is more get affected because of so many reason. There are
certain uncertainty related with the football. Some of them are discussed underneath:
 Debt issues: It has been seen that business is running a financial sound football club is
much more difficult task. Despite the millions of earning every year through TV, shelling
out astronomical fees and so on.
