Introduction
In any research, ethical consideration is specified as most important part. From every aspect,
there should be no harm to the environment or an individual from the activity performed by the
participants. However in Australia for the guidance of directors and employees of an
organization Ethical code of conduct is imposed. Australian ethics are still maintaining policy of
whistleblowing through which any breaching of code can be reported. Respect should be
prioritized for the individual who is participating in the research. Before aligning any participant
for the study his/her permission or acceptance is necessary. The privacy of the research is one of
the important factors ensured by the participants and the organization. It is the responsibility of
participants that there should not be any information, representation in the data finding include
which mislead the objective and aim of the research. An individual should participate in the
research according to the informed consent; informed consent is basically provided by the
person, who does not have any doubts in another way the person who understands the facts,
implications, and results which may obtain further. According to the principle of the informed
consent, it is included with the sufficient information required to conduct research as well as the
assurance for taking part. The informed consent act as legal document that can be mostly used in
the research associated with science. It helps the research to understand the guidelines of the
research. Neither organization nor the participants involve with any offensive, unacceptable
language or the discrimination activity during designing any questionnaire, interview, group
question, etc. (Krajewski, Schumacher, and Dalrymple, 2019).
YouTube as an Education Tool in Higher School Science
The main aim of the research is to understand the role of YouTube in education as well as its
impact on the educational sector. This research will play a significant role to identify the
functionality of YouTube for Higher School Science. The research will help to identify the
disadvantages and techniques to avoid them (Amarasekara, and Grant, 2019). From the obtained
data or results of this research, it would be easy to understand that YouTube is effective or it is
not providing accurate information.
For the recruitment different strategies are used to appoint favorable candidates to complete the
research (Jeong, and Youn, 2019). In the recruitment strategies use of social media, cold calling
