INTRODUCTION Since education is one of the most important as well as essential element in the current scenario so the university that is Coventry which is established in the UK has got permission from the Polish government to open up a campus in the city of Wroclaw(Bak, Jordan and Midgley, 2018). There are mostly three major theories of management and all of them are described in detail below with the context of Coventry University that got permission to set up its campus in the city of Wroclaw in Poland- Motivation-It is one of the most important as well as essential theory of management that helps the individuals that are related with the organisation to work enthusiastically and with zeal because of increased motivation level.
