1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and development
personal development is a very powerful process that can have a deep positive and lasting
change in on the way we see ourself and the world with the help of personal development
unleash the true potential of a person and helps in achieve your goals. It is a way through which a

person can asses there ability and quality and can reach there maximum potential (BYKOVA AND
ZHAMALOVA,2020). These skills help me to improve my future and live a better life. By setting
goals this include that an individual should set goals and objectives and makes notes of what you
need to accomplished and then set these goals as a bench mark and measure your success.
Setting great or high goals will let to achieve great success and the only thing a person should
take care that these goals should be specific and measurable,achievable,realistic and time based.
It will help me in achieving my goals so that I can make my life more successful. Write it down
this include writing down your activities on a paper so that you can keep track of your action and
increase your performance management systems that I can keep track of my daily task for the
personality development target so that you can know what all you have achieved. this will help
me become punctual and become success. This will help make my future goals clear. This will
motivated me in achieving them and it will and this will help in learning new skills and ability.
That will make my professional and scholar career more effective (CHANTIEN, 2022). By
develop in this field of skills this will give me a chance to accomplish my success achieve my

module
Transferable skills are type of skills which are important in the various parts of social ,individual
professional or academic life. Transferable skills are skills that help an individual change of
transfer from one job to another. These include some crucial skill that are very necessary for me
to change from one job to another . There are a lot of transferable skills that I want to develop
but there in order to grow my professional and educational career which include problem
solving, leadership, communication, creativity,relationship building, teamwork and attention to
detail. Problem solving this skills helps you identify what is causing the problem and the way
you can solve that problem this will help in in the long run as I will be able to make minimum
mistake in my work and give a lot a great amount of output that will make me successful in my
life. Leadership skills teach you how to lead a project and make your team to follow you on the
project and achieve same goal this will make me understand and give knowledge on how to lead
a team and how to manage a group of people. This skill teach me on how top communicated with
other people so that I can convey what I want to say this will help me to clear my thoughts and
let other understand what I want from him and that will increase my productivity and will help

me achieving successful life. Creativity is the skill that I want to learn how to approach tasks
and solve problems in different way by other and this helps me to do task in new and better way
to help in save time and resources. Relationship building this is important in a company to build
relation between the employer and client as this will help me to maintain a balance between me
and the company. Teamwork is the skill that helps you learn how to work in a team and be
productive to the team this wi9ll help me top learn how to work and benefit my team with my
skills(ELWOOD,2020). Attention to detail is very important skill as it helps me to learn how to
notice each and every small detail in my work to minimize my all mistake to increase my
