Summary
The various writing skills on the literature and the academic writing are focussed in this study
report. First part of this report includes the quality of the experience for a particular person. After
this, this study includes the different literature learning styles and the personal views on that
experience. This experience with this study initiated at my school and I have learnt many things
with the help of good teachers including my life as well as self-behaviour. After learning the
skills I used to give lectures at University. The lectures include different phases such as
assessment of the contemplations in the experiences as well as different sentiments portrayal.
Both the phases are great for the examination as well as the understanding of different
circumstances. The different judgements and realization regarding the ability for managing the
risks as well as different strategies for the actions of the events can be normal transformation or
it may invented simply. In the year of 1988, there was a discovery of the reflective cycle by
Graham Gibbs and it is known as “Gibbs Reflective Cycle” that gives gained structure to the
entire cycle. I followed a routine for all these things. As I reached my place of work, I used to
work till 9am from 6am then I took a break for almost an hour. After the work was completed, I
used to go the school and do the schooling till 8pm. The planning of the semester was in progress
according to the weeks. In the first week, the grammar skills and the different referencing as well
as the assignment writing skills were focussed. The next week was followed by focussing on the
various ICT skills that was required for the assignment writing and the structure planning,
leading as well as practicing different researches that was with 182 past tests. Afterwards, the
next week was focussed in making various strategies of making various expectations with the
CW1 as well as the CW2. In this week, the focus was in the comprehension reading skills. This
was followed by practices of the group discussions and the competition skills. On the next week,
the formative reviews on the CW1 were focussed that was associated with ICT skills. The main
focus was with the academic writings and the score with that study was 40% that was for middle
term examination. Time management as well as assessment was studied by me in the following
week that was developed in the academic skills and the communication. The next week I have
prepared for the correct knowledge as well as creative studies that were implemented in different
writing skills that were related to the academic studies. When I will be able to evaluate the
different essays without any help of the external sources, then my evaluation skills will be

improved. In this situation I will be able to understand the whole world by improving the
knowledge of the various cultures. In this time I will be able to make my own strategies that will
help in enhancing the evaluation skills.

Life Graph
From the school, the life experiences has been started where I got good mentors and teaches and
several things related to my life as well as behaviour was learnt. After the academic study was
completed in the school, I was focussed to get a job and then I got one fortunately. I started
working for a Company and after a few days my father expired. As there was a pressure from the
family, I got married and because of a bad relationship I had a separation. Due to these personal
problems I was not able to concentrate on my job and resulted with a job loss at that situation.
After a few days, I got a new job and worked for another few days. Finally I left that job too and
decided to move to another country. Later on, I shifted to another country with a new job life and
a life partner. I had learnt many things from the new boss and after few days of working, I started
to give lectures in the University at level 3.

Describing to the intended audience- Purpose
This report is designed for the responsible managers for searching the different strategies and
then working for the development of the skills (Sigala and Chalkiti, 2015).
Essential writing skills
The way for the communication with a language is the normal thing for a country and it can be
style for composing. This can be included in various individuals as well as periods. In the
meantime, the term style shows some specific portions of the different compositions of an
individual (Dong et al. 2017). The skills of the essential writing will need various concentrations
and helped in learning the followings:
 Sentence constructions
 Self regulations
 Deducing of the comprehensions
 Writing transcriptions
 Knowledge of the content as well as genre
 Editing, revising as well as planning

Vocabulary
This study had covered different knowledge areas that have great impacts in the fulfilment of the
different demands of the writing skills (Mannucci and Yong, 2018).

The structure for this study is related to everyone and to perform any activity the individual have
to think double.
Essential writing Skill
The Gibb’s Reflective Cycle offers a proper structure for the investigation as well as encounters
the cyclic nature of the reflective cycle that has the capability for planning and can turn the
things either poor or well (Neubauer et al. 2018). For working with several experiences, the
reflective paradigm will give a better response. The following experiences can be gathered from
the program:
 Sentiments as well as contemplations about the experiences
 Assessments of the experiences
 Circumstance analysis
 Strategies for the various actions (Herrmann-Pillath, 2017).

It was discussed about the reflective cycle and I do not want to provide any other views.
Vocabulary
The four phases are needed for the processes and the succession.

Describing the intended audience- Purpose
The structure is designed for the individuals as well as the managers those who have much
interest in this field.
Essential writing skills
The writing style of this article is very simple and it has used a formal formatting and that is why
it has used abbreviations and third person (Chua, 2018).
Own Comments
Various writing styles or the structures are failed to attract the attention of the workers and they
do not gets involved in the making any decisions.
Vocabulary
The language that is used in this study has is easier and can be understood by any individual.
These practices are very reflective that are capable of helping with different abilities of the
reasoning (Broadbent, 2017).
Week Planner
(Monday to Wednesday)
At 4 am I woke in the Monday morning and used to prepare myself for the work. After reaching
the place of work, I work till 9 am from 6 am after taking coffee in the workplace. It is the first
half of the work and after 9 am I used to take a break of one hour and continue my work till
afternoon followed by a study of 1 hour. From 1 pm to 4 pm I work again. After taking a break
of 1 hour till 5 pm I complete my work at 6 pm. After returning home I play with my pet dog for
1 hour and later on I take shower at 8 pm and then sleep at 9 pm. The next two days are spent
similarly.
(Thursday and Friday)

At 4 am I woke up and then prepare myself for the work and work from 6 am to 9 am. The same
routine is followed till 6 pm that is similar to Monday. After finishing the work, I used to go
school for learning till 8 pm. After returning home I go to bed at 10 pm. On Friday, the same
routine is followed and at the end of the day I used to go for sleep at 10 pm.
(Saturday and Sunday)
In the Saturday morning I used to wake up at 4 am and then at 6 am I used to take coffee. After
having breakfast I became ready for the school and at 6 am I reach the school. I complete my
schooling at 5 pm. After reaching home, I used to take some food at 6 pm. After that I take a
shower and then play with my dog till 8 pm and the go to sleep. Next day I woke up at 8 am and
then taking a coffee, I used to clean my home till 1 am. After that I go out for work and return at
3 pm. I used to cook from 5 pm to 6 pm and then complete my dinner. For two hours I used to
play with my pet dog. I took shower at 8 pm and then I used to go to bed at 9 pm.
Semester Planner
Week 1: I prepared myself for the knowledge and the creativity and then introduced with the
business studies along with academic writing.
Week 2: The assessment was prepared and then I focussed for the communication skills.
Week 3: Preparation of the strategy for the CW1 and the CW2 was done and then prepared for
the comprehension skills.
Week 4: I practiced independent learning such as note making as well as notes taking followed
by the referencing skills.
Week 5: I scored 40% in the midterm examination by focussing on the academic writings.
Week 6: I was focussed on the grammar skills and the referencing.
Week 7: The listing of the grammar was done and then focussed on the ICT skills research.
Week 8: CW1 was reviewed and the ICT skills are then focussed in this week.

Week 9: I gave concentration on the mathematical skills and then portfolio management was
focussed.
Week 10: The assignments of the ICT are structured along with the 182 past tests.
Week 11: Construction of the different paragraphs is concentrated.
Week 12: Debate preparations as well as group discussion skills are focussed in this week.
Week 13: Referencing was focussed along with the plagiarism were concentrated in this week.
Week 14: The presentation of the board game is focussed in this week.
Week 15: The CW2 is concentrated in this last week.
Action Plan
Communication skills
To become more emphasized the main skills of the communication are learnt those were better
than the normal methodologies. Learning different skills for the communication, it became easy
for carrying out effective communication that is required everywhere (Hawley, 2018).

Evaluation Skills
The different skills that were learnt helped to enhance the evaluating skills of myself and then it
helped me to evaluate without the help of the any other external sources (Lee, 2018). The
individuals those have good evaluation skills can judge the qualities as well as the credibility of
any speaker well.

Knowledge and understanding
By the knowledge of the different experimental learning as well as different cultures it helped me
to enhance the interpersonal skills (Pantaleo, 2019). Apart from this, has also helped with
increasing the senses of encouraging people of different background.

With the practice of the presentation, I have developed effective communication skills and the
self-confidence is also boosted.
Reflective Practice
This practice has helped to become proactive professional and more qualified. It has several
benefits for expanding the observation for making better comprehension with other people
(Martinez, 2015).

Essential writing skills
In this section, the analyses of the various experiences of the sentiments assessment have been
covered with different phases. Thus the skills of writing are necessary for an efficient note taking
(Bagci et al. 2017).

English Grammar Test
For increasing the efficiency of the writing skills as well as notes taking, proper grammar is
needed. Apart from these, it will also help in increasing the vocabulary.
