Summary
The various writing skills on the literature and the academic writing are focussed in this study
report. First part of this report includes the quality of the experience for a particular person. After
this, this study includes the different literature learning styles and the personal views on that
experience. This experience with this study initiated at my school and I have learnt many things
with the help of good teachers including my life as well as self-behaviour. After learning the
skills I used to give lectures at University. The lectures include different phases such as
assessment of the contemplations in the experiences as well as different sentiments portrayal.
Both the phases are great for the examination as well as the understanding of different
circumstances. The different judgements and realization regarding the ability for managing the
risks as well as different strategies for the actions of the events can be normal transformation or
it may invented simply. In the year of 1988, there was a discovery of the reflective cycle by
Graham Gibbs and it is known as “Gibbs Reflective Cycle” that gives gained structure to the
entire cycle. I followed a routine for all these things. As I reached my place of work, I used to
work till 9am from 6am then I took a break for almost an hour. After the work was completed, I
used to go the school and do the schooling till 8pm. The planning of the semester was in progress
according to the weeks. In the first week, the grammar skills and the different referencing as well
as the assignment writing skills were focussed. The next week was followed by focussing on the
various ICT skills that was required for the assignment writing and the structure planning,
leading as well as practicing different researches that was with 182 past tests. Afterwards, the
next week was focussed in making various strategies of making various expectations with the
CW1 as well as the CW2. In this week, the focus was in the comprehension reading skills. This
was followed by practices of the group discussions and the competition skills. On the next week,
the formative reviews on the CW1 were focussed that was associated with ICT skills. The main
focus was with the academic writings and the score with that study was 40% that was for middle
term examination. Time management as well as assessment was studied by me in the following
week that was developed in the academic skills and the communication. The next week I have
prepared for the correct knowledge as well as creative studies that were implemented in different
writing skills that were related to the academic studies. When I will be able to evaluate the
different essays without any help of the external sources, then my evaluation skills will be

From the school, the life experiences has been started where I got good mentors and teaches and
several things related to my life as well as behaviour was learnt. After the academic study was
completed in the school, I was focussed to get a job and then I got one fortunately. I started
working for a Company and after a few days my father expired. As there was a pressure from the
family, I got married and because of a bad relationship I had a separation. Due to these personal
problems I was not able to concentrate on my job and resulted with a job loss at that situation.
After a few days, I got a new job and worked for another few days. Finally I left that job too and
decided to move to another country. Later on, I shifted to another country with a new job life and
a life partner. I had learnt many things from the new boss and after few days of working, I started
to give lectures in the University at level 3.

This report is designed for the responsible managers for searching the different strategies and
then working for the development of the skills (Sigala and Chalkiti, 2015).
Essential writing skills
The way for the communication with a language is the normal thing for a country and it can be
style for composing. This can be included in various individuals as well as periods. In the
meantime, the term style shows some specific portions of the different compositions of an
individual (Dong et al. 2017). The skills of the essential writing will need various concentrations
and helped in learning the followings:
Sentence constructions
Self regulations
Deducing of the comprehensions
Writing transcriptions
Knowledge of the content as well as genre
Editing, revising as well as planning

afternoon followed by a study of 1 hour. From 1 pm to 4 pm I work again. After taking a break
of 1 hour till 5 pm I complete my work at 6 pm. After returning home I play with my pet dog for
1 hour and later on I take shower at 8 pm and then sleep at 9 pm. The next two days are spent
similarly.

shower and then play with my dog till 8 pm and the go to sleep. Next day I woke up at 8 am and
then taking a coffee, I used to clean my home till 1 am. After that I go out for work and return at
3 pm. I used to cook from 5 pm to 6 pm and then complete my dinner. For two hours I used to
