My elevator pitch was to make the audiences know about the usage of many ICT materials that would
help in making the young aspiring professionals a great deal. I would introduce myself as a student of
the marketing and management skills. I would try to talk about the communication skills that one needs
to have while trying to enter at the IT industry.

The contact details of Jil Noble are that she is a qualified consultant working successfully for a period of
15 years. She excels in the fields like aviation, banking, telecommunication, communication and
education sectors and other such companies. She helps many people to get proper training and get
placed in their dream jobs. She trains people to get job in IT. She also helps people who have English as
their second language and thus helps them in getting proper training.
What was their advice on how to get started in the industry?
She mainly talked on how to communicate in the industry like a leader.
One of the people who I met was Jil noble. She was mainly talking about the time that one takes
in communication. She was mainly talking about the methods of communication through 3
elements. The 3 elements are tone of voice of people, the body language and the words that are
used by individuals.
She taught the ways of inspiring the voice for proper communication. She also taught how to
use the word and language effectively for feedback.
 What new ideas did you gain that added to your understanding of ACS and ICT?
I gained this idea that communication is one of the most important traits that is need in the It
world. Communicating is needed at each and every level. I have to undertake many of the
strategies that would help me to work on my communications skills. I learnt that I will have to
work on my voice modulations and my body language skills as well. I learnt that I will have to
inspire and enhance my voice properly. I can also use the ICT materials like the tape recorders,
microphones and other such elements that will help me to get to know about the ways of voice
modulations and body language. This will also help me to enter the professional world properly.

 How was the event topic relevant to your internship or future work?
This topic is related to my internship and my future work as this will help me in to learn the methods of
proper communication in the IT world. Communication is one of the most important tools that are
needed in this profession. I have to use the strategies and tips that I learnt at the workshop to enhance
my communication.
 What would you do differently at your next networking opportunity?
At the next networking opportunity I will be making sure that I am being more active and concentrating
more on the workshops being carried on at the seminar. I will also inculcate the habit of writing notes so
that I get the note of the most important points being spoken at the workshop.
