 What was your ‘elevator pitch’ – how did you introduce yourself?
My elevator pitch focused on the use of technology and the development of technical
competencies. In the pitch I introduced myself as a technical enthusiast focused on
developing my capacity for learning more about technological aspects. I focused on the
developmental aspects that I needed to achieve with regards to the course concepts.

 What was their advice on how to get started in the industry?
He advised me that that Industry was in need for actual talent. There are many people that
are engaged with the computer and technology oriented industry. However, they are not
able to develop all areas of technical competencies.
 What new ideas did you gain that added to your understanding of ACS and ICT?
I gained more understanding of ACS and ICTs through the some of the new software that
were introduced in the event. The ICTs as I learnt were now based more on the
effectiveness with which they could be utilized to improve group communication.
 How was the event topic relevant to your internship or future work?

The event helped to understand concepts that were very important in view of the various
issues that affect the technological part of various organizations. It helped to understand the
major technological challenges that organizations face.
 What would you do differently at your next networking opportunity?
In the next opportunity that I would get I would like to speak with large business leaders
concerning how they manage technology.
