Q1. How to Measure Success of the Proposed Project?
There are a few measures which indicate the competition of the project as: -
1. Scope: - This mobile application ACT health App. developed in order to provide the
customers, the facility of using health services. In this application there is a brief
description given in which the customer can get details related to the Mental Health,
different kinds of the Wal-in Centres, Maternity help and child health checks are given and
different hospitals with emergency details are given.
2. Ease of use: - This mobile application is easy to use and every information is given within
the ACT health application which makes it is easy for the customers to find accordingly.
The Health care facility for women is also provided in the application. The Average
Waiting time for different hospitals is the key attraction of the application.
3. Quality: - This mobile application is developed which contains all the required
information for the customers so that they can avail the health care service with the help of
this application. The Deliverables that was given to the experts in the starting, all were
achieved in this mobile application.
4. Team satisfaction: - The team members are satisfied with what they implemented in this
application. All the goals are achieved and implemented all of the functions that were
decided during the team meeting.
5. Customer Satisfaction: - This mobile application was developed with the beta version
which was used by the customers and all of them were satisfied with the functions present
in the application. It was easy for them to get details related to health care. The best part
for the customers is that they can find the hospitals with the help of Google Maps so that it

required for the project?
As this is the mobile application so there will be a requirement of a few things like: -
1. The use of Android Studio will be there for Mobile Application Development.
2. Strong Knowledge of Java is needed for the blackened of the application.
3. XML will be required for the deigning of the application for frontend.
4. Google Maps API will be needed so that the hospitals' location can be added in the Mobile
app.

5. SQL for backend as for database where the data of Hospital will be added.
6. SDK’s required for device features.
7. Google Analytics will be used to see the traffic on the application which can help to
maintain the ease of use for ACT application.
Q3. What is the estimated expenditure required for the proposed project?
As this is being the ACT Health Mobile application, which provides the customers, the
facility to find out Health centres near them. Not only for Men’s and Women’s but this
application provides the Maternity related help for the parents as well. The Estimated cost for
the project will be between $500-$2000. This will be needed for the completion of this ACT
Health application.
