What is project management?
Project management is the process of initiating, preparing, implementing, monitoring,
and closing a team's work to achieve specific objectives and fulfil certain success criteria at
the specified time. Project management's primary challenge is to reach all project goals
within the specified time limits.
Why project management is Important?
Project management is important because it ensures that what is delivered is right and
offers real value against the business opportunity. It brings the project leadership and
direction. This means that a clear plan is in place to accomplish strategic objectives. This
means that there are reasonable standards about what can be delivered, when and how much.
This means that whatever is delivered is of a quality that hits the mark consistently.
Project management process
Initiation: This is the starting point for all projects
Planning: If the project is approved, the next step is to assemble a project team and
start preparing how to manage the project in a timely and budget-friendly manner.
Execution: It's time to start the project now that you've finished your preparation.
Monitor and Control: All aspects of the project must be tracked and changed as
needed to ensure that the project plan is revised.
Close: Once the goals and objectives of the project have been met, the project is not
over. The project's last phase is to close it out.
Advantage of project management project
Improve your chances to achieve the desired outcome
Get a fresh look at your plan and how it suits your business strategy
Prioritize the resources of your company and make effective use of them
Set the scope, schedule and budget right from the beginning
Remain on schedule and keep budget costs and resources
Improve productivity and job quality
What is Digital Wellbeing?
Digital Wellbeing is Google's initiative to help you understand the use of your
software and help you regain control of your life if you find that you need it. It's a mix of
many items, like information and knowledge, software, applications, content, and more, all
designed to help you put back into perspective the living part of life.
It's not just an app or a feature. It's all an idea. It is a change in lifestyle. The concern
2

that mobile technology can and does influence a lot of our attention in ways that can be
dangerous is known and acknowledged. Digital Wellbeing is just one part of a larger home
remedy to help deal with the root problem.
App Limits Feature
This is a feature that shows how many phones we use every day. With App Limits,
you can set daily limits for app categories. For example, while you're at work, you might
want to see productivity apps, but not social networking or games. App Limits refresh every
day at midnight, and you can delete it at any time.
Aims and objective of App Limits Features
App Limits is exactly how it sounds; it limits the number of times anyone can spend
using a specific app. You assign application (or whole device categories) and IOS, android
will refuse to open them once you hit the allocated time. For example, it’s nice to restrict how
much time kids spend on apps like YouTube, but it can also help if you struggle to set limits
on stuff like yours. To create that will take about 20 days. The cost will be over $ 800.

Qualitative and Quantitative research methods
Qualitative method
Qualitative work is mainly exploratory. It is used to gain a better understanding of the
underlying reasons, beliefs and motives. This provides insight into the problem or helps to
develop ideas or theories for future quantitative research. Qualitative research is also used to
uncover patterns in thought and opinion and to dive deeper into the issue. Qualitative data
collection approaches differ with unstructured or semi-structured techniques. Many common
methods include focus groups (group discussions), individual interviews, and participation /
comments. Usually, the sample size is small, and respondents are chosen to meet the quota.
Quantitative methods
Quantitative analysis is used to measure the problem by producing numerical data or
data that can be converted into accessible statistics. It is used to measure perceptions, beliefs,
behaviors and other identified variables–and to generalize the findings of a larger sample
population. Quantitative analysis uses observable information to formulate evidence and to
discover study trends. Quantitative data collection approaches are more organized than
qualitative data collection methods. Quantitative data collection techniques include a range of
survey formats–digital surveys, paper surveys, smartphone surveys and booth surveys, face-
to-face interviews, telephone interviews, observational research, database interceptors,
electronic polls, and systematic findings.
Data Collection Methods
Data collection is a method of gathering information from all available sources to find
answers to the research question, to test the hypothesis and to analyze the findings. Data
7

collection methods can be classified into two categories: secondary data collection methods
and primary data collection methods.
Secondary Data Collection Methods
Secondary data is a source of knowledge which has already been published in books,
journals, magazines, websites, internet portals, etc. For business studies, there is an
abundance of information available in these outlets about your study area, almost regardless
of the essence of the study region. Consequently, the implementation of the correct set of
criteria for the collection of secondary data to be used in the analysis plays a significant role
in improving the validity and reliability of the sample concentrations.
Such requirements include the author's qualification, the accuracy of the source, the
consistency of the discussions, the breadth of the research, the degree of the contribution of
the text to the growth area of the report, etc., but not limited to the date of publication.
Primary Data Collection Methods
Methods for primary data collection can be classified into two groups: quantitative
and qualitative.
Quantitative data collection techniques are based on mathematical equations in
different formats. Methods for collecting and analyzing quantitative data include closed-
ended questionnaires, correlation and regression methods, mean, mode and average, and
others. Quantitative approaches are easier to implement and can be extended to qualitative
methods within a shorter period of time. However, it is easy to compare findings due to a
high degree of standardization of quantitative techniques.
Small scale research
My project feature is sufficient for the client. It also allows people to use their phone
apps for a limited period of time. The main thing is that this feature is available for Android
and IOS phones. I believe this feature will be useful for client. It can also be used to restrict
the use of application for children. I carried out an evaluation using quantitative methods. On
this day, I find 30.3 percent of IOS users reacting, 24.2 percent responding to real life, 20.5
percent responding to Android, 9.8 percent responding to students, and 15.2 percent
responding to others. I don't think there's much more to the others than the website. Okay, I
can't relate that.

Accuracy and reliability of Quantitative methods
The findings of quantitative research provide an overview of what is, is, or is not,
relevant to a particular population. Quantitative analysis often offers answers to questions
about the frequency of a phenomenon or the extent of the phenomenon affecting the sample
population.
Quantitative research requires careful experimental design and the willingness of
anyone to reproduce both the study and the findings. It makes the information you gather
more credible and less open to debate.
While gathering quantitative data, the form of findings will tell you what statistical
tests are suitable for use. As a consequence, analysing the data and communicating these
conclusions is easy and less vulnerable to error and subjectivity.
Research involving complex statistics and data analysis is considered valuable and
noteworthy because many people do not understand the mathematics involved. Quantitative
analysis is related to technological advancements such as computer modelling, inventory
collection, portfolio evaluation, and other data-based business decisions.
Evaluation the project management process
I am a part of our team’s project manager. I am the important team role in project
management for our project. I carefully management the project cost and time constraints. All
the members of the team have a meeting of for our project. After my management, I got a job
as a graphic designer. At first, when we speak about the origin, we have a little difficulty
thinking about the errors of the different forms. After a long time of debate, we fined and I

closed with her, and she also considered my ideas, and I also considered her ideas. We've
gathered customer data and we've selected the best feed backs to support our venture. If we
didn't have any plans, we could have issues and the group could vanish. Project managers are
also good on the team. They have motivated us and discussed our problems and our mistakes.
They reported and gave us feedback on our work.
I collaborate with my advisor on multiple phases of the venture. I contribute to the
overall goals of the project and to the delivery of individual deliverables and seek input from
the managers. And data is also collected from users or customers. Our project ended in time
because of the teamwork and the hard work of each participant. I used problem-solving and
brain storming for the project. And I got a lot of experience and I got the company's wages
and overtime expenses for this venture.
Performance Review
Our goal is to successfully complete this feature and improve client feedback. And
we're planned in time for the plan which needs to start at 2.12.19 so finish at 24.12.19. The
method of data collection that we used in our project. There were problems. So, we had to
work hard. First My team member Aung Myo Myat (Doc write) write the template and draft
for our project. Then I started designing for feature as a graphic designer. When the design is
finished, team member Paing Soe Ko (programmer) writes the frontend and backend for
feature. After all the tester looks for vulnerabilities of the feature. After all, user is allowed
5days to try out for our feature. And then we got feedback from the clients that we wanted.
While in a task, we have a little problem with the system, as our team member's idea is
different, and they all thought her idea was the right one.
During the project, I had a lot of experience and closed with the members. I've been
working to complete my projects and goals. And the project manager has given us inspiration
and love for us. We had a little problem for the first time. We find each other and closed each
other during the job. And team work is improving. I've had so many opportunities and so
much pleasure in working with this team.
