I have chosen infrastructure as my area of interest based on my past work experiences since
have worked as an assistant site engineer during my internship period with VERTEX design and
building limited. According to my job experience, I, therefore, fit for the applied job position.
My academic qualifications also make me relevant for the job vacant applied for since have got a
distinct qualification on building materials and concrete technology which are the key
qualifications for the job.
Oil and gas
Based on my academic qualifications, I have resolved to apply for the job position from your
company since am a qualified geotechnical engineer. I have diverse knowledge and skills the
mentioned field to enable me work for any oil and gas company since its one of the requirements
for any applicant interested to work with your company. I, therefore, believe that I best qualify
for the job position.

Technological advancement and digital development may impact the operations of your
company in several ways. For instance, the quality of products offered to the market will get
more refined through technological advancement to production machines.
To add, marketing strategies and techniques are greatly impacted by the change in technology
and digital development within the organization and the business environment as a whole since
the organization will be expected to design more updated marketing strategies which will reach
many customers like use of social media networks in the advertisement. (Wei, Wu and
Tesemma, 2018, pg. 155).
When I’ll be preferred as the best candidate and given the opportunity to work with your
team, I will gather market information based on the digital development so as to get to know the
trending product quality and design so we can modify our products to match the consumers’ taste
and preferences. (Chen, et al, 2017, pg. 3655).
Question 3 response
In response to client’s change of production design taste, factors like delivery time and cost will
be impacted since I will have to redesign the same project again which might require additional
time to delivery. The cost involved with the project will also increase due to purchase of new
materials according to the client’s taste as the previously purchased materials will be disposed of
as they don’t correspond to the client’s design taste. (Kulikova, et al, 2016, pg. 215). In
managing the situation, I will increase my working speed on the project by either involving my
teammates to assist in the completion of the project on time as per the client’s need. Through
teamwork, I believe I would manage the timing of the project.

Based on the cost factor, I would try to reuse some of the materials previously bought for the
project to design other client’s project with the same taste as per the materials provided.
