BMGT7007 Project: Areca Palm Leaf Plates Manufacturing

The projet focuses on the production of the palm leaf plates and to identify the problem that is
faced by Divine Atmos Private Limited Organization. The project is to evaluate the problem that
is faced by the Company for storin the raw materilas that is needed in produingg the products
because of preventing them from the spoilage of fungus.

The participants are the customers and the employees of the organization. The task of the
customers is to evaluae the uality of the palm leaf platesa nd the task of the employees is to
minimize the problem of storing the raw materials in the company.
Methods

The methods that will be applied are surveys. Data will be collectde with the help various
questions that will be asked. Qualitative research analysis will be done in the project.
Quantitative research conists of surveys and questionaaires but in this type of research
qualitative analysis plays an important role in gettin the knowledge those are in-depth of the
project. The qualitative research mainly consist of literature reviews. The literature reviews are
based on the problems that are faced due to the storing of the palm leaves. This is a common
issue that is face by this orgnization and the literature review is done on this problem. The
questions that will be asked in order to do the surveys include
What are problems and the issues that are faced by the company “ Divine Atmos Private
Limited” is storing the palm leaves?
What are the prcatices and the strategies that are utilised by the company in order to overcome
the problems on the leaf plates that are made of palm.

the employees of the organization will be involved in the survey. The employees will be asked
about the issues that are faced by compny in storing the palm leaves. The customers will also
be included in the survey and they will be asked about the quality of the products that they
receive from the company.
Ethical considerations. If you will have human participants, state how you will address ethical principles
such as confidentiality, informed consent, right to withdraw. If applicable, please state whether you have Animal
Ethics approval
Information sheet: Information sheet ill be given to the people those are participating in the
surveys. The information sheet will be consist of various information that will be filled up the
participants.
Consent: Consent will be taken from the participants before the survey is started. The terms
and the conditions will be properly provided to the participants before the survey
Priivacy: The privacy of the participants will be maintained. The name of the participants will
not be disclosed. The peole can only see the surveys and the answwers
Confidentiality: The name of the participnats will not be disclosed and they will remain

anonymous and the researched willnot be able to recognise the participants.
Social and cultural consideration: It is not applicable sincle the surey is conducted in India.
