4. Part Four
4.1 Reflection
As a business analyst, I consider analysis and evaluation activity should be conducted
under appropriate leader in team. In this project, I have faced several issues regarding team
members; I faced various conflicts in discussion sessions as well. Our project manager resolved
the issues with effectiveness. About leadership qualities, I experienced coordination,
communication, team building, and leading team activities as primary part of system operations.
I should mention here that other team members besides me and project manager had followed all
team perspectives without affecting the team initiatives. However, my part in the project
suggested me to involve myself in evaluating business values, assets, and outcomes; I took part
in every team meeting for supporting team performance to be effective. I have managed my
activities within shorter time in order to accomplish the outcomes without hampering the
assigned timeline. In an overall, I have seen a suitable example of leadership qualities among
team performance.
As I was the business analyst of the team, I had to perform analysis of business
considering all constraints such as budget, outcomes, net present value, return on investment; I
