Job Description:
The team leader will be responsible for leading, managing and guiding the team
members of biotech engineering, combining the “soft” skills of leadership with the “hard”
skill of the management while following the relational leadership model with purpose,

concern for the leader of Biotech Health and Life Products. The position requires that the

the same time, the process of the systematic execution has been defined with four major
components namely Inclusiveness, Purpose, Empowering and ethical motive. The process of
the leadership should be directly regulate by the three basic components, such as
inclusiveness, work ethics and empowerment. Inclusiveness allows the leader as well as the
team to have the ability to closely observe the team performance, constrains, functionality,
weakness and potential growth (deloitte.com., 2014).

has to be maintained while making them aligned with the ethical considerations, code of
