and how they affect the business in different manner. Present study explained the climatic impact
on the business activities further explain the importance of Human Resource management career
and their opportunity growth.

which businesses has facing certain issues in terms of making business. Climate is the threat to
change the prosperity, quality of life and social justice. In order to that, UK businesses should
need to adhere all environmental legislation and with any other environmental requirements or
commitments.
Also, UK businesses needs to set objectives and aims to achieve the particular activity in
most significant manner. Also ensuring to understand the policies and implemented into proper
manner. This will be discussing the long range of development growth and measuring the best
outcome results. British threat of climate change to be the most effective learning material goals
and threat of the best development result (Conca and Dabelko, eds., 2018). In British UK green

words, it helps to recontinue the process and long-lasting growth management that handle by the
HR manager.
HR manager needs to be ensured about the handling process of effective major goals and
objectives. On the other hand, HR manager is responsible for to develop the new management
and ensure about the employee satisfaction and requirements as well. HR manager is bound to
manage day to day activities of employee’s issues. Besides, for that they need to followers all
legal requirement to handle the employee issue and goals. Legal department are needs to be
ensure weather HR manager is following the legal structure or not. Besides, legal department of
the company also need to ensure the employee contract and managing the day to day activities.
In other words, staff groups are responsible for supporting the line groups. In this development

result and long-lasting goal management. Moreover, it generates lots of opportunity and goals to
get the best success in the future career.
In the career of HR manager there are two key terms in the human resource management
sector are “Generalist” and “Specialist”. This would help to recontinue the process and get good
career opportunity in the business perspective. For HR freshers the career options for them are
Human Resource Clerk, HR Assistant, Training and development Coordinator, HR generalist
and Payroll Generalist. This brings new and different opportunity for the company to develop the
new goals and advancement career goals.

condition has changed the overall business activity and goals. Present study demonstrating the
understanding of changing climatic weather and how business can manage their business
