In order to run a business understanding and dealing with business situation is extremely
important, as it helps in leading good and excellent outcome ((Storey, 2016). Understanding
business is important to understand the target customers, their needs, understand business needs,
gather central ability and knowledge of business etc. This assignment will lay emphasis on the
business environment and its agenda by explaining all the ways by which top news events might
affect future development of business as well as its customers as well as it will also explain
different ideas in which one would like to pursue their careers in the future.

Business environment refers to internal and external factors that impact the business. It
includes the competitive environment, the social environment, the technological environment,
the legal environment and the economic environment. There are three types of business
environment such as physical, natural and global environment. Business environment useful to
identify strength of organisation, analyse internal and external weakness. It helps to identify the
opportunities in the market. Business environment keeps the business dynamic and flexible. With
this, organisation is able to understand the future problems and prospects. It maintains the
adaptability to chances, ensure optimum utilisation of resources and survival and growth of the
organisation.
Green agenda refers to research, knowledge, and bring businesses and organisation
together in order to innovate ideas, strategies and plans to improve horticulture sector. It
improves the quality of indoor and outdoor environment with overall health of public (DaSilva,
2018). But there are some changes in business environment which reduce the quality of climate
and environment. Many business activities have changed the Climate. Climate change is
significant long term chance in the petters of weather of a region over period. It is about
abnormal changes and impact of these changes on other part of earth. There are some ways of
climate change which can impact on business.
Harsher Working Conditions: it is very tough to work under record breaking
temperature which is unbearable. when heat combined with hard work and longer time it makes
complicated to work. High temperature involves dehydration which make workers ill. It is

Organisation can use many technologies to improve their profiles which help aspirant to know
about organization culture, image and brand. With these organisations are able to target their

healthy relationship with staff and organisation. With this they have role to organise training
session and activities in order to make them effective (Begg, Van der Woerd and Levy, 2018).
They have to provide all requirement such as fair payment, positive environment, health and
safety insurance. All these activities of HR department assist them ton engage them towards
organisation. With the help of training session manager is able to analyse their weaknesses and
strengths. This make easy for them to increase their strength and improve their weaknesses.
Legal department in organisation work to maintain and prevent legal issues regarding
company and employees. Role of department is to reviewing and drafting contacts, handling
court case and employees policies. Effective legal department understands issues and make
tangible and viable solution. Legal department work with HR department to provide legal
services and policies to employees which provide them security and develop better relationship
