are equally contribute in the success of technological innovation
and technical knowledge provider. These theory focuses on
network formation and contribution of these networks to success.
It is clear that that no individual solely responsible for the
innovation of the technological world. Hence there is a combine
contribution of individual and network for achievement of the
success.

Barriers of communication in

people do not accept easily. Under this barrier, the sign of
belongingness is not there and the behaviour of people differs
from each other which becomes a barrier of communication
between different individuals. If the people do not accept the

LearnEnglishUK faces this barrier as the teachers and students
belong to different culture and possess different behaviour so
they are unable to understand what is being communicated
which becomes barrier in their communication.
Language barrier- Under this, the people do not understand the
feeling, expression or buzz words behind the communication. It
is the most common barrier where people from different
languages are unable to communicate effectively due to
inability to understand the jargon, expression or words of others.
The students and teachers face this barrier due to inability to
understand the language of other as they are unfamiliar with
other people's words.
Physical barriers- Under this, the individual faces this barrier
due to many factors which includes noise, faulty equipments,
closed doors and many other. The students in LearnEnglishUK
faces this barrier due to ineffective physical infrastructure like
broken windows, noisy environment, poor infrastructure etc.
which acts as barrier to their effective communication and

Psychological barriers- These include the psychological or
