INTRODUCTION
Management of business enterprise is analysed as important as it involves various

based on analysis of role effective research design and important characteristics of qualitative
research. Further, thematic analysis have been conducted for identification of present thinking
and trends in future in particular area of business and operations management.

Qualitative research is essential kind of research methodology that usually takes
