Enterprise resource planning is an enterprise where wide information are designed to
match and coordinate with the resources, activities and the information that are designed to
complete the process of the management (Hoch & Dulebohn, 2013). A brief example of
enterprise resource planning in the recent days can be termed in expanding the business
intelligence in handling the front office section such as SFA (Sales force automation),
ecommerce and marketing. Due to these innovative techniques the companies use these broad
range from distributors to ecommerce who uses ERP solution (Chofreh et al., 2014).
The supply chain management is the network system in the business that caters to the
procedure of transportation of goods and raw material from the manufacturer to the end users
(Mathiyazhagan et al., 2013). The logistic management sustains the development by
protecting the system from risk, environmental hazard and managing waste. The strategy for
sustaining in supply chain management is integrating the environmental sound choice into
the management system. With reference to an example the retail companies have evolved in
controlling inventory level, refining, farming, designing, manufacturing, packaging and
transportation. Companies like Walmart and Big Box Retailers follow the same system of
supply chain in running the organisation (Seuring, 2013).
Customer Relationship Management can be termed as an approach to manage a
company’s conversation and interaction with the potential and current customers. The
relationship management uses the data analysis about the customer’s history within the
barrier of the company which improves the relationship linked within the business and with
the customers (Khodakarami & Chan, 2014). To aid the developing strategy of maintaining a
strong relation with the customers because they assist to sustain the old customers and retain
the old customers with new innovation techniques. With a help of an example of Apple
Company, they aim to maintain a strong bond with the customer by proving the best of

technology and it is related to aid in developing strategy where an equal balance is
