The vision statement of OzhouseClean should be to become the planet’s most customer-
centric corporation wherein the customers would be able to get different environmental friendly
cleaning services. On the other hand, the mission statement of the corporation should be to
become the largest corporation of Australia by dint of the environmental friendly cleaning
services offered by it. The different values on which the corporation needs to focus upon are
customer-centric approach, honesty, fairness, loyalty, environment friendliness and others.
Lastly, the objectives of the corporation are listed below-
 Enhancement of sales volume by more than 15% in the coming one year
 Enhancement of target market by more than 10% in the coming one year
 Enhancement of profitability by more than 10% in the coming one year
 Switching over to environmental friendly cleaning measures for reducing the
environmental damage caused by it
 Recruitment of full-time workers for facilitating the effective completion of the work of
the corporation

The key activities that the corporation needs to take the help of formulation of effective

business as well. More importantly, the corporation would also have to attract different sponsors,
shareholders and others who would be willing to invest into the corporation for the enhancement
of the quality and the range of services offered by it. In addition to these, the formulation of an
effective financial plan is also suggested. Furthermore, adequate attention also needs to be
devoted for the improvement of the quality of the physical resources of the corporation which in
turn would help the corporation to enhance the quality of services offered by it. Lastly, the
corporation also needs to recruit atleast 10 full-time workers along with the increase in the
number of the part-time workers that it uses to facilitate its growth.
