because of the reason that in case the two businesses operating in the same industry will work
with similar business model then it will be beneficial. But in case the similar model sis being
applied in other industry then it might not be possible that it provides for the same output. For
example, ALDI is using a business model which enhances the experience of consumer working
within the company. But it is not necessary that the same type of the business model will help
other company has well to get the same amount of benefits.

negatively impact the working. This is particularly based on the scale of business operation.

company because the same model can provide different outcome when operated at different
level. For instance, ALDI is undertaking the use of restocking the selves in 7 days. But this
model of business is not suitable for the company who is having less stock as their stock will not
be used in the time duration of 7 days.

Price: Consumer is scarifying the pricing factors as by frequently visiting to stores for
purchasing products. The ALDI is offering few and limited products to large consumers. As
when consumers are shifting to the other company for purchasing the products in bulk will help
in saving the expenses done for purchasing the products from ALDI. As purchasing in bulk
benefits consumers for purchasing at low prices in large quantity.

good and effective. This is particularly because of the reason that these ethical practices assist
company in developing the work and profitability and overall performance of the company is
increased.
For the ethical working, McDonalds took the initiative of investing more money within
the employee skills and animal rights. This is very important for the company that they must
protect the employees right as they are the people who actually work for the betterment of the
company. the top management of the company makes the direction and strategies but the
employees are the one who need to be work on those strategies. So it is very important for
McDonalds that they must take proper care of employees. Hence, as a result of this, McDonalds
increased the investment of employee assistance from $700 to $3000 for the benefit of
employees. This approach or the ethical practice resulted in the increase in motivation level of
the employees working within the company. hence, this decision resulted in benefit of the
