INTRODUCTION
Managing a successful business project help to manage and control on all activities
relating to the business or company. In the business having many activities and operations those
have to mange and complete on the time and according to the planning. That help to achieve the
decided targets and goals of the company and help to develop business in the systematic manner.
All companies are working for to earn highest profit and develop their business in the market and
provide better satisfaction to all the customers as well as they are also working for society
welfare and develop a healthy environment to society to build trust on them. CSR programmes
and activities are help to provide safety, security and education to society's persons and improve
their knowledge. Tesco is the retail company in UK. That provide all kind of products to
customers to full fill their needs and wants and give proper satisfaction to them. This company
already build a brand image in the market as well as this company conduct CSR programmes and
activities for public to provide healthy and effective environment for them and if they having any
issues and problems so that will resolve them(Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle 2010.).

P1: Devise clear aims and objectives for your project
The basic and main objective of research project is to find out something new and
different things related to the businesses. Heads of the projects are the already decided goals and
objectives of the organisation. The heads of the organisation having the control on the research
project. Some group of people divided in a team for managing and controlling the work related
to the research project. In the research project the work is set as per the priorities and those work
are also done in their priorities basis(Bloch, Blumberg and Laartz, 2012). Tesco making research
project according to the work priorities and they work for attaining objective and goals of the
organisations. The research project having some set of objectives and goals these are as under :
The main purpose of research project in Tesco is to achieve the goals and objectives of
the organisations and develop the working performance of teams member so it is easy for
them to achieve the decided goals and objectives of research project.
Tesco conduct CSR activities and programmes just to develop society and their living of
standards. Because of growth of the organisation every company adopt CSR activities

Tesco establish healthy environment through CSR activities and give solution for issues
and problems.
The main aim of Tesco is to reach the targeted goal and objectives of the organisation
and establish a better image of the business in market place and customers mind.
The business uses various strategies and techniques to attract large number of customers
and try to give proper service and product to the customers as per their preferences and
needs their basic aim is to give proper satisfaction to the customers.
Tesco adopt innovative ideas and techniques just to increase productivity in market.
Businesses focuses. on quality service and their delivery system(den Hertogvan ,der Aa
and de Jong 2010).

Every organisation has its own corporate social responsibilities towards societies. CSR
activities link with self-regulatory mechanism that is helpful in or to maintain company’s
activities. For CSR activities plays an essential role in the growth and development. It is also
helpful in raising organizational funds and market growth of the organization. Along with this,
CSR activities also helps developing awareness among peoples so as they can consume quality
products and services. It is not identical but it is related with business ethics. Therefore, there are
so many roles and responsibilities of an organisation that he must have to fulfil it in order to
achieve target market for their products(Sparrow 2012).
Meanwhile, CSR is link with legal, ethical, discretionary and economical responsibilities
