customers to full fill their needs and wants and give proper satisfaction to them. This company
already build a brand image in the market as well as this company conduct CSR programmes and
activities for public to provide healthy and effective environment for them and if they having any
issues and problems so that will resolve them(Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle 2010.).
