Statistical analyses such as regression and ANOVA are utilized to draw meaningful inferences. Part B shifts to a qualitative approach, applying thematic analysis to interview transcripts to explore work-family conflicts experienced by working women in Pakistan. The themes discussed include the challenges and benefits of living in joint families and the support, or lack thereof, provided by family members to working women. The report offers a detailed examination of the HR landscape, blending quantitative and qualitative methodologies to provide a holistic understanding of the firm's human resource dynamics.
