CSR responsibilities which help in developing the special rooms for the special or disable
person. The company have to provide wheelchairs and other accommodative amenities. It
assists the firm in attaining competitive advantage in the market. In the hospitality industry,
staff members have to do the changes to meet the preferences of the consumers. For fulfilling
this, such resourceful activities of CSR are best which succour in accomplishing the goals
which are taken into consideration.

Aim: The aim of Charlotte Street Hotel is to develop the special rooms for the special or
disable person. Along with this they have to provide the wheelchairs and the other facilities in

Street Hotel have to do effective communication with the consumers as it helps in building
and maintaining trust. In the plan employees have to do work and manage all the complex
projects in specific time. They have to provide the qualitative projects so according to that
cost will be reduced. Manager has to describe the plan to their shareholders and also define
