A. Benefits of an Enterprise Solution:
Enterprise system solution is referred to a type of system which is very special which
supports the processes of the business in an organization. For example, enterprise system
solution helps in the streaming of information between the appropriate individuals,
analytics of data for simple and faster processes of decision making. Therefore, enterprise
solution system is formulated to suit the operations of the company and company's need
and objective as well.
The benefits of the enterprise solution system to the Company CIC is that it helps the user
to implement the operations of the organization on a daily basis. For example, with the
help of enterprise solution system, the users can effectively and efficiently do their task in
a shorter time period. (Engineers T. C. 2002).
B. Proposed IT Solution
The recognizable solution of information technology is known as Workable that is
formed by the company of workable.
The workable solution if information technology has several features, a solution for
sourcing which has pages for a career, advertisement for jobs, search for applicants,
socially recruitment, determining the resumes and the referrals by employees. The
workable solution of information technology also has a new applicant solution for
tracking that consist of a hiring control panel, profile of the candidate, scheduling
interview, tracking system of applicant, measurement and scoreboard, analytics and
reports and the information of the candidate as a database.

Workable is a type of hiring system which is suitable for all the requirements related to
the process of recruitment of the CIC and also assist the company in reducing the time
taken in the process of recruitment.

system. To make the CIC use the workable system in its organization, it is important
to them to make an agreement which has to be signed between the two companies in
order to get the customized system by CIC. This system has to be subscribed every
month which cost $50 on every job that would be billed every month.
2. Hardware and telecommunication:
Workable solution system is a SAAS that can be accessed on the computer desktop
and the mobile phones which have Android software as well the apple phones that is

IOS software. However, for the workable solution system to be accessed there is a
need to have an internet connection as the software is based on a cloud solution.
3. Configuration:
Workable Company will act the configuration for CIC. This company also provide
training on a free based on how to use the system of hiring. However, the
configuration requires the company's CIO Fadil Abadi to be present in the training
program as he is the concerned person who manages the software in the company.
4. Testing:
The workable software has provided the 30 days free trial service before purchasing
for the hiring system. So, Workable Company will provide the CIC Company 30
days trial session, and it will execute the recruitment process by using this system.
Among all the ten requirements of the CIC will use the workable control panel for
testing if the workable system will works appropriately once the job has been
published and the applicants apply for the job seats.
5. Employee preparation: Given below the activities that will carry out for preparing
the staff on how to use the new system of requirement
a. Leadership :
As the leaders of the CIC using the software system of Workable when it will
developing recruitment in their departments, they have to need the training
from the Workable software for equipping them with the required skills. The
officers of recruitment (Paul O’Brien) has to train on how to use this as he is
going to use this system very often. Moreover, company should give the

mobile phones to the employees so that they can access it from anywhere and
anytime.
b. Change Management: For preparing the staff according to the new
recruitment system, CIC has to develop the vision for the system and should
share the vision with their staff members. Moreover, CIC should encourage
their employees to support the new system and do practice for the same so
that they can use it efficiently and enhance the performance of the employees.
c. Training: Workable solution system will be committed to the training of CIC
on how to use the recruitment system of Workable. At the beginning, all the
employees should incorporate with the Ted Anderson Administrative
assistant, Suzanne Rodriguez manager recruiting and even the William
Bradley Human resource will be given a special training from vendors of the
company in order to use it in an efficient way to enhance their performance.
6. Data migration:
As the human resource information system, Workable solution system is a
formulation for the process of recruitment and also for keeping the employee's
database in CIC Company. As it is the new recruitment system in the company,
so there is a need to upload a past records or data in the system id order to start
the system properly.
Maintenance: Workable solution system is a type of Information system that will
be equipped with the computer system that is maintained by the department of
information technology. So the company's CIO Fadil Abadi will be a concerned

As it an IT consulting company, CIC more often administrate recruitments which are
depend on the amount of work that requires being completed for the users. There are
several situations when the projects are urgent, and there is a need to recruit the
employees for that particular projects in short period of time. So, the workable system has
provided the fast and easily recruitment in most effective and appropriate way within a
short period of time. Moreover, CIC is starting their operation globally outside the
country so with the help of workable solution it is very easy and efficient to access the
solution in any location as it can be used from mobile also which has an internet
connection and can be accessed at any time. In addition, Workable solution system helps
to enhance the performance of the recruitment process and able to meet the objectives of
the company.
