 During my roles as the deputy site Engineer at skewing and Construction Company, I
have learned, developed and applied these skills dealing with the senior management,
staffs, and clients.
 One of the duties of this position involved assisting in the implementation of WHS and
project quality. On several occasions, I had to deal with a sour relationship between
senior management and the staffs who felt that the management was leaving out their
opinions in coming out with weighty decisions and later imposing to them in a harsh
manner. In this, I had to mend the breaking relation between the two groups.
 To achieve this, I talked to the two different parties and persuaded them to work in
harmony, highlighted the benefits of a cohesive working relationship. I negotiated with
the seniors to allow staff representation and persuaded the staffs to respect the authority.
 At the end of three months, the two groups were harmoniously working together and the
staffs implemented the company policies willingly.
Professional and timely service
 During my internship roles at Avad Developers Company, I have learned and
implemented these skills.
 I was required to ensure that I plan and programme for upcoming projects through
communicating with seniors and clients. However, one project developed some issues
between the clients and the company a week to the commencement as a result of pay
disagreements.

 To break the deadlock professionally, I arranged separate meetings with clients to
accommodate their grievances and held an overnight meeting with the company board.
 The two parties came to an agreement after the mediation and I ensured all the materials
were procured on time and the construction commenced on the scheduled date.
