preparations. Fundamentally, it incorporates books and thus, it is not it is easy to do
different creative works such as music, programming and so forth. Therefore, no other
company can use copyright of 3Com without their permission (Snow and et. al., 2011). Patents: It is a legal privilege which is needed by a firm so that they can sell their
products and no other company can create copy of it. Advancement or any method can be
saved by using this right. Enterprise needs to pay maintaining charges and along with
this, it is valid for twenty years only.
