means sharing the information
from one person to another so
that they interact with each
other which helps the business
in achieving their goal.
Business united is a private
college which is based in
London which provides
business courses and seminars
to students. This leaflet covers
the communication barriers
which faces by United College
students and lecturers due to
Covid-19 situation along with
strategies which applied by
college to overcome the
barriers.
Physical Barriers: Physical
Barriers in studying online is
the students are not habitual
to sit over the laptop and
computer for long time.
Noise Barriers:
Noise barriers comes
when some students create
noise in online lectures and
teacher is not going to
punish that student because
of online lecture.
Communication barriers
overcome
 The Teacher should
focus on each and
every student and
give punishment to
those students who
disturb the other
students.
 The teacher creates
friendly nature with
students, so they can
share their problems
and issues with them
and feel safe to talk
with them.
 Teacher should not
encourage the
misbehavior of
student towards them
as well as other
students.
 Lecturer has to use
common language
while studying, so
that every student can
understand.

Technical Barriers: In Covid-
19 situation, as the classes
taken from online method by
lecturers. So, the technical
barrier is that some students do
not have laptops, due to this
teacher cannot connect with
the student and some student
have poor Wi-Fi connection
which create a barrier to
communication.
Emotional Barriers: Through
online studying, the students
are not going to connect with
their teachers which creates an
emotional barrier between
students and teachers.
 The teacher should
provide their students
some studying
material before they
start the class or
lecture, so that they
can easily connect
with their lectures
 The lecturer must use
some unique
techniques during
classes so the student
not feel bored.
 The dean and
principle should give
some bonus to
teacher, so they feel
motivated and
encouraged and
handle each and
every student
effectively with full
concentration.
CONCLUSION: From the

concluded that the there are
lots of barriers faced in
communication but the
lecturers and students handle
these barriers in effective
manner with the help of
college.

Communication Barriers and Challenges faces in college are as follows
Technical Barriers:
In Covid-19 situation, the classes taken from online method by lecturers. As some student
have poor Wi-Fi connection which create a barrier to communication.
Emotional Barriers:
They also miss their friends because due to these situations the students are not meet with each
other, which creates emotional barriers.
Physical Barriers:
The students do not concentrate on study feels headache because of regular seeing laptop screen
is a Physical Barrier.
Noise Barriers:
The other students do not focus on study because of noise barriers and teacher is not
going to punish because of online lecture.
These communication barriers overcome through applying various strategies which are as
follows:
 Lecturer should have good listening skills because he listens each and every problem and
issue of student.
 The teacher should encourage the hard work of student who performing very well in
lecturers.
 Teacher should respect the other staff so that every student is going to respect them.
