skills that required by profession growth or development. In my personal experience, I have seen
the poor communication among different staff member in the organization. According to me, this
was affecting the mental wealth of staff members because they can feel frustrated, highly
distress. In this research study, I have been gathered a lot of information about lack of internal
communication issue in the retail industry (Olaniyi, 2020). Nowadays, it is considered one of
most common challenge that needs to eliminate through engagement strategy. I have concerned
about this strategy that always support for staff member where they can stable their mental
wealth. There are lot of issue occurred when it directly affecting on the current mental wealth of
staff member in organization.
According to me, it is important for consideration of suitable skills, knowledge that become
useful for identifying the current position of retail industry in global marketplace. Generally, I
have used own skill and knowledge to determine reason behind poor communication. In this

employees and other internal stakeholder create miscommunication which leads conflicts, poor
performance, poor image of the company in eyes of customers.
