CW1 Portfolio
Introduction
As per developing the portfolio, it is mainly focused on the effective learning practices
and also representing the skill or knowledge. Sometimes, it also reflecting on the approach which
help for identifying the personal experience of people. How they will use their own skill in order
to enhance careers. I have been developing the professional knowledge which providing the
support for balancing both professional as well as personal life style. In order to carry out the
significant communication skill which reflecting on the better future growth and development.
Sometimes, I have understand the concept of success which possible through personal skill and
knowledge.
Define reflection
Reflection is based on the process that mainly define the personal opinion, view point of
individuals. In order to support for sharing the personal experience related learning.
Identifying learners
I have identified the different learners such as Independent learner, Class-based learner
Pragmatic theorist. According to me, independent leaners will try to improve own skill and
knowledge. I have found that it mainly depending on the self-improvement. Another, I have been
explained the class-based and pragmatic theorist which consider leaner aspects to participate in
the class session. I have gained more knowledge and skill.
Improve the skill and knowledge through past experience
In my opinion, it become obvious thing when I have learn so many thing in my past
experience. It always helping for me to improve communication skill. I have realised that
communication play important role in the both professional as well as personal development. As
move to another level, I am nervous because not so high efficient communication skill.
Afterward, I have been decided to make personal development plan which including
communication, presentation skills (Beckers, Dolmans and Van Merriënboer, 2019). This will
support for me to achieve specific goal and objective. I have tried to follow the PDP plan on
regular basis, which will boost my confidence level. I have learn so many thing in past
experience where how I feel nervous due to lack of communication skill.

Initially, now created the lines that branch out from learning new skills. I have also found the
option to examine self-improvement. In my personal experience, it become helpful for achieving
the personal goal and objective.

I have followed the PDP, which always help for improving the communication, presentation
skill. Nowadays, I have excellent communication skill so that I easily interact with person to
share information or data.
Skill help you in future career growth and development
As per analysis, I have identified that communication skill help for me to career
enhancement. In my future growth, communication skill play important role which bring hike in
career enhancement (Zain and Sailin, 2019). There are lot of opportunities created in global
marketplace. Therefore, I have been acquired for further career growth and development. In
order to improve the professional as well as personal development.
In another way, I have developed understanding towards the success in order to identify
the specific barriers. Sometimes, I have tried to resolve issue or barrier that would generated
during task management (Cheng and Chang, 2019). As I always focused towards healthy
relationship for maintaining the good coordination with other member. In this way, I have
increases the confidence level to adapt workplace environment or culture. According to me,
communication skill will change the personality and reshape the career enhancement
opportunities in future. As per discussion, I have concluded that learner capabilities always
supports for me to enhance or gain knowledge. So that I can easily deals with business
organization at workplace.
CW2 Summary
According to portfolio, it has summarised about the concept of effective learning practices. I
have been studied in school, focused on the skill which always support for improving confidence
level. As per evidence, I have been analysing the significant role of communication skill within
past experience. Reflecting on the multiple job with experience in order to gain more knowledge.
Afterwards, I have understand about the concept of communication where always support for me
to establish a good relationship with other people (Cottrell, 2019). In professional context, I have
established the coordination with manager to share own idea, thoughts, belief towards current
project. Therefore, it become inspiring for me to enhance career in future.
On the basis of evidence, I have participated in different learning session which give me
idea about the needs. In most of cases, I prefer to select the audio learning for improving the
communication skill. At school days, I have not completed realise the importance of
communication skill but after doing job in different areas. I have realised that it become

important part for our lifestyle (Kato, 2019). In this way, I have focused towards the
communication improvement and tried to do many thing which help for me to build confidence
level. In order to identify the opinion, view point of another person. It automatically build the
high level capabilities to handle critical situation or condition at workplace. I have consult with
many influencers such as manager, supervisors, instincts and peers. They always give a proper
direction so that I can easily improve communication skill (Evans, 2020). After few days ago, I
have realised that communication skill change the entire personality and develop full of
confidence level.
On the other hand, I have been used the personal development plan which help for
improving learning capabilities and abilities. An effective plan should give advice and
suggestion through manager, expertise. I have taken seriously to develop both verbal as well as
oral communication skills. As per evidence, it has summarised the proper reflection which
require to develop the communication skill. In this way, it has been increased the career growth
opportunities for achieving the personal and professional goal (Ghany and Alzouebi, 2019). As
per discussion, I have shared the own experience related the learning capabilities. In order to
examine the communication skill which increasing the power of confidence and gain more
knowledge. My personal reflection is giving the brief idea about the role of communication skill
in daily lives. I have been experienced the barrier that already discussed in portfolio. According
to me, it is to be consider as motivation and inspiration which increases the significance of
learning on regular basis. Through evidence, I have shared the overall experience from initial
stage to end stage (Habeeb and Ebrahim, 2019). It is mainly starts at school days when I have
tried to improve communication skill through guidance of people. Now move to next level, when
I was going to office and adapt the culture or environment. Sometimes, I have attained the
business meeting to interact with client for identifying their need and requirement. It can be
possible through guidance of managers, supervisors.
