In order to consider communication skills in business, there are several elements

communication brings actual consideration that assists to perform skills and knowledge for

In respect to consider effective results, every party play important role in business
success. They are as follows: Customer: As per customers, they are not fully satisfied with business products and
services. Therefore, experienced enterprise also fail to consider proper delivery to look
for one leave from their work (Bylund, Banerjee and Hichenberg, 2018). Employee: As an employee in the business, I have many roles and responsibilities.
Firstly, I need to listen all issues of customers which assists to assure to deliver products
on time. I also take polite way to handle situation and maintain trust between parties.
Final output: In order to consider company scenario, it can be stated that better customer
service and long effective results will be ascertained. It assists to implement proper
results and process for goods and services (De Giacomo, Craig and Passeri, 2016).
Oral communication assists to increases long lasting effectiveness. It assists to implement
the best approach to perform task. It also enhances better relationship to know about customers.
There are several level in which understanding and transparency assists to connect customers in
better manner. Oral communication with employer have controlling power to make proper and
effective growth. Overall, it is also helps to consider good impression towards nature of growth.
Along with this, high level of understanding and transparency in communication helps to
connect different people in the best manner (Quail, Brundage and Beilby, 2016). As per oral
communication with employer, proper and effective controlling activities will be consider with
power. It assists to contain high growth which adopt better results at workplace. Better views and
holding opportunities assist to make successful results at workplace. In different channels, good
impression also develop that helps to maintain nature of growth in successful way (Kauffman
