INTRODUCTION
Community engagement is a term that connect with the organization to develop the skill
and knowledge towards the growth or development. This assignment will discuss about the swot,
pestle and human resources that help for increase their personal growth or development towards
the organisation. In this way, professional development will help for achieving their goals and
objectives. The purpose of assignment to access the ability of student to reflect towards the
practices on the basis of their theories and experiences that applied in personal growth and
development. Furthermore, This report will describe the reflection of student towards the self
management, communication, team working and interpersonal skills.
TASK
Community engagement grammar school is providing the best quality of service to increase the
learning environment. They mainly focus to use the best learning style which beneficial for
student to increase the capabilities towards the growth and development. In this way, this
learning style will help me to improve my skill and knowledge in proper manner. It involves,
communication, leadership, self-management, interpersonal skills, team working and leadership
etc. I can learn specific style that applied in our life to achieve their goals and objectives. I
apparent to learn many things that considered to be important part of life to think about the
specific skill which beneficial for improve the capabilities and abilities (Alan 2016). This
organization will helpful for improvement of skill to plan an effective approach to identify the
learning style. I also formally tests and quizzes designed on the basis of knowledge and
determine the learning skill. On the other hand, community engagement grammar school is also
used the technique to provide the benefits to the student. I also learn many things on the basis of
theory such as Honey and Mumford. I also build my ability to adopt the new style and concept
learn in effective manner. This model will use the four different style that adopt in my life.

I also give more preferences to activists that help for increasing the knowledge and skill towards
the growth and development. In this way, I always try to immerse in the wide range of
experience and activities which help for developing the ideas. Afterwards, I can share the idea

and tested in proper manner. I am working in the group to plan according to the need and
requirements for development of skill or knowledge. In this way, I always open my mind and
enthusiastic towards the development.
According to Honey-Mumford model, I stand back and observe the things that happen all
around. I also collecting all the necessary information which help for discussion to the other
group. I will try to use the important information that help for decision making. In this way, I can
be easily identified the perspectives of other person and experiences. This will be the main
strength of mine to collect the data and analysis in proper manner (Annie, 2018). In this way, I
can be achieved to their conclusion which beneficial for identifying the perfect results and
outcomes. Sometimes, my decision is based on the sounds that considered in the both opinion
and own knowledge. I also watching and listening the idea or thought of other people. In this
way, I can be developed the idea which is strength to easily understand the policies and
regulations of business process. I also adopt the theorists that integrated with the observation of
framework. Afterwards, I can see that how this observation will help for improve the capability.
This theorist work will help for learn to new things and also added the existing framework. I also
assessing and questioning towards the framework which is perfect for me to understand the new
information that fit in the existing framework. In this way, I will build the tidy and well
organized mind to understand the right approach for business development. Sometimes, I never
relax and feel questioning on the basis of situations and conditions. I also uncomfortable with
particular subjective and ambiguous (Roche, 2015). I can adopt this approach to solve the
problem and putting some efforts towards the logical thinking.
I used the pragmatists that help for making new ideas and thoughts which beneficial for
growth and development. This will be the practical implication towards the new theories and
ideas before making the proper judgement on the basis of values. I will take the view that some
other people work in proper manner. I also spending time and analysis that why the process
becomes failure. According to pragmatists, I will improve the confidence towards the new ideas
therefore, I can be classified on the basis of learning techniques. There are different types of
leaner such as active, practical learning, theoretical and reflective etc. I have reflective
characteristic that help for easily adopt the new things which beneficial for development. Many
people have all the characteristics to understand the actual business process to handle any type of
situations and condition in proper manner. According to honey and Mumford, I will adopt the

learning style and also designed the proper features that help for find out the different type of
learner.
I always participate in the grammar school in the debate competition to communicate with the
other people to share the knowledge. This firm is organized the different types of skill
development opportunities for student to improve their capabilities and abilities. In this way, I
also share the finding on particular research into the development of soft skill. I always believe
that group and team working combined to support to the process of development. In this way, it
also providing the opportunities for student (Jackie, 2018). Communication and team leadership
is the best approach that help for me to increase the confidence level towards the organization. I
also support to the team members to determine their need and requirements related to the
business development. I believe that the opportunity helps for improve the efficiency and
performance at both team and individual. According to Grammar school, it provides the different
style of learning that improve the learning experience of each and every people. I also encourage
to towards the learning style to improve the quality of characteristic which beneficial for growth
and development.
My Experience will build the analysing power to determine that which is right for
development. I can be applied the logical concept in the business to put some innovative idea
towards the growth and development. I always trying communicate with the other people to learn

offline. These are method that adopt in my life to research on particular areas to design the
inventory things which is beneficial for development. I also maintain the position of theory on
the basis of learning style. In this way, I find out the formal ways that which leadership style is
suitable for the descriptions. I can improve the interpersonal skill that help for team members to
close together and achieve their goals (Jim and Paul, 2014). I also hold the entire team with the
help of open communication that help for sharing their knowledge and experience to their team
members. In this way, I and other member directly share their specific idea and thoughts. In this
way, I always focused towards the goals or motivate to the team members. I will respect the team
members view point towards the targets if it is necessary for clear the vision, mission and
reasonable point towards the other people. In Grammar school, teacher always try to interact
with each and every student to identify their Interpersonal skills at the time of team operations
and activities. According to personal experience, I always trying to communicate with the
teacher and other student to share their knowledge so that it is good for teacher to make pope
coordination between the student. In this way, I learn many things and adopt new idea to
improve the performance and efficiency towards the task completions. I am working in the team
to maintain the good relationship with the other members (Peter and Ross, 2015). Each and every
members have opportunity to show their interest towards the particular subject that help for
identifying the skill or knowledge of people. On the basis of theory, I have improved the ability
to understand the specific role towards the organization so that team members are combined with
the each other. In this way, I organize the proper team to manage their importance task in proper
manner. My Experience will give me more opportunity to handle the difficult task and analyse in
effective manner. In this way, I can be identified that experience and theory are interrelated to
each other because I used this theory to improve my communication, team working,
interpersonal skill etc. this will be really beneficial for me to enhance the new ideas and thoughts
towards the development. I can use this skill to take more advantages and make strong position
in the organization (Silvia and et.al., 2017). In my opinion, Supervisor is playing important role
to provide towards the guidance towards the goals and objectives. In this way, I will understand
the strength and apply in the task to perform in effectively and efficiently. Honey-Mumford
theory is build my knowledge and skill to improve the quality and capability towards the
organization. In this way, I also implemented the new ideas towards the business process
therefore, this will be great opportunity in my career development and growth.

For Example- I participate in the school competition to play the role of principle and also
performing different task in proper manner. In this way, I can learn many things but also
generate issues during the participation such as
 How to handle the entire management system???
 How can be planned the strategies to conduct the competition and exams??
These are important issues that generating during the participation but I can learn many things to
improve my characteristic and skill. In this way, I can build my Self management which is
important role in the performing the task. In my opinion, this will be amazing experience to
understand the leadership quality and their management skill to control the entire system in
effective manner. I will participate in the activities that help for improve the capabilities in
effective ways. In this way, I can learn various thing on the basis of experience so that it is
necessary to participate in different areas to develop the skill and knowledge. I have preferred for
thinking, learning and working which help for performing different task. In this way, teacher
expect more than I and team because I always used the skill to do the best work and progress in
effective ways. In my opinion, It is the best opportunity that provided to plan accordingly the
learning activities in the classroom.
For Example- In the areas of psychology, people always investigates which more preferred the
learning style for solving the problem and used to maintain the learning style in proper manner.

CONCLUSION
As per discussion, it concluded that Community engagement Grammar school is
beneficial for student that provided the best quality of facilities to increase their skill and
knowledge. It also discusses about the analysis in swot, pestle and human resources that help for
increase their personal growth or development towards the organisation. It summarized the
professional development that help for achieving their goals and objectives. The purpose of
assignment to access the ability of student to reflect towards the practices on the basis of their
theories and experiences that applied in personal growth and development. Moreover, This report
describe the behaviour and attitudes of student towards the self management, communication,
team working and interpersonal skills that help for improve the enhance success and growth.
