development. Furthermore, This report will describe the reflection of student towards the self
management, communication, team working and interpersonal skills.

Community engagement grammar school is providing the best quality of service to increase the
learning environment. They mainly focus to use the best learning style which beneficial for
student to increase the capabilities towards the growth and development. In this way, this
learning style will help me to improve my skill and knowledge in proper manner. It involves,
communication, leadership, self-management, interpersonal skills, team working and leadership
etc. I can learn specific style that applied in our life to achieve their goals and objectives. I

way, I can be developed the idea which is strength to easily understand the policies and
regulations of business process. I also adopt the theorists that integrated with the observation of
framework. Afterwards, I can see that how this observation will help for improve the capability.

assessing and questioning towards the framework which is perfect for me to understand the new

relax and feel questioning on the basis of situations and conditions. I also uncomfortable with

therefore, I can be classified on the basis of learning techniques. There are different types of
