been made on Adelphi Hotel & Spa, UK which provides several hospitality services to the clients
as per the requirements. The hotel entity has starting working on its social responsibilities; hence
for such purpose the study has been describing the importance of Corporate Social
Responsibilities for current business organization. Further, in the research work, survey is being
conducted to analyse the aspects that are adopted by Adelphi Hotel & Spa in respect of corporate
social responsibilities. CSR activities have a direct contribution in enhancing sustainability
aspects of the business and it also assists in attaining competitive advantage.
However, CSR plays crucial role in any organisation's effectiveness and increasing its
marketing, competitive strategies effectively. Similarly, it is helpful to build up society's trust
towards food and accommodation services of the hotel entity. It influences productivity and
profitability of the enterprise as well balance of production and distribution of services.
Therefore, effective customer satisfaction and improvement in quality services of goods

that will also be checked through continuous and direct monitoring. In order to communicate the
plan to all the respective employees of Adelphi Hotel & Spa, project manager has ensured to use
different modes of communication. This is also effective in terms of ascertaining the areas of
modifications and improvements.
Including this, cost incurred on different expenses for all project's activities are estimated for
different stages as from conducting research, purchasing materials to implementing plans for

analysed and both uses different techniques of analysing the findings. In the present research
study, qualitative method has been used to ascertain the importance of corporate social
responsibility for the business entity. This is also useful in terms of analysing the ways through
which competitive advantage can be acquired. In the present research study, survey has been
carried out and employees of Adelphi Hotel & Spa have been selected as sample for the study.
