INTRODUCTION
Corporate social responsibility use by the many company in a form of corporate self-
regulation integrated into the business model. This policy function based on the self-regulatory
mechanism that the business monitor the activities compliances with the law, ethical standard
and at the national and international norms. This responsibility attracted the attention from
businesses and many stakeholders in regards to its benefits (Managing successful business. 2017
). CSR is based on the human’s resources, developing the business and public relation
department of the company or take the responsibility by the CEO and director of the company.
In this case in the recently business environment, in response to maximising stakeholder
value and expectations, the strategic benefits of this function has seen many companies having a
competitive advantage (Tingchi Liu and et.al., 2014 ). NISA company follow the these
responsibilities to maintain the its profit in the market and follow the many CSR activities to
increases its business activities in the new markets. Together with the rise of globalisation,
companies now employ CSR managers, experts and consultants to produce comprehensive CSR
policies and programmes, to give them a competitive edge and build stakeholder trust and loyalty
( Hughen, Lulseged and Upton, 2014 ).

CSR activities are being considered as one of most significant section for every organisation
because it allows to present working in positive manner. Along with this, it has been noticed that

Project plan
A project plan defined as the project management planning in the organisation new
projects such as innovation in new products, adopted new strategy, use of the new technology in
a formal document used by the managers to guide their employers both project planning, activity
and functions of project control (Managing successful business. 2017 ). Stakeholders uses of this
plan are to assignment planning, controlling, organising and controlling, facilitate
communication among project researchers, stakeholders, managers. This document create scope,
cost and schedule base line by the managers and researchers. The purpose of creating a project
plan to identify the problem, who take the responsibility and the time line of complications. A
complete assignment plan according to company standards and capability such as the task
management body, this plan also including the all activities, management and control of the all
project functions (Pai and et.al., 2015). This information also provided by stakeholders and
evaluating other documents that will be produced products and services such as a procurement
plan.

freedom to the employees for implementing creative and innovative strategies. Along with this

miscommunication. Apart from that company is required to improve their sales and customers.
It helps the organisation in order to improve their profitability. It supports the firm in order to
maximise profitability, also helps in improving workplace environment due to which employees

P7. Reflection of research.
While conducting the above research work, I have analysed that CSR activities helps the
organisations in order to maintain balance among social, environmental and ecological factors. In
order to gather significant information, I have implemented primary data collection tools. I
provided me an opportunities to interact with the managers of the NISA limited. While gathering
information, I have analysed that organisation is spending large amount of money for CSR
activities, due to ineffective strategies they are not able to generate effective outcomes. In order
to overcome this various strategies are also incorporated. According to me if company improves
their strategies it helps in increasing their productivity, introduce innovation and creativity into
their work.
CONCLUSIONS
On the basis of above research it is inferred that CSR activities plays significant role in
providing sustainability and competitive advantages to the company. NISA limited is applying
various strategies in order to implement effective CSE activities. With the help of this process
they are able to maximise profitability along with this support in maintaining balance between
environmental, economical and social factors. Through conducting research it is analysed that
managers of the company is not satisfied with their strategies. In order to improve this various
recommendations are also provided such as effective communication network, freedom of
implementing innovative and creativity into work.
