In case of unexpected circumstances it is necessary to approach to alternate arrangements, so that,

In case, if one or few of the members are absent, they must remain in contact to the team to
get the updates through possible modes which are feasible
There must be contingency plans for team meeting as on the scheduled meeting times, few of
the members may not be able to turn around. There must also be some technological solution
of meeting like Skype
The deadline is set a week longer than it is expected. The relaxation is given considering that
conflicts may be a part of the team work
