business wants enthusiastic and motivated workforce then it is important for the employer to

focus on shared vision. Thus, it summarized by concluded that if employee are work regularly

with same enthusiasm and motivation then employee can also focus on manage ethical business

practices. The survey helped in developing understanding over changing era and employee

participation in ethical and socially responsible employer and business practices.

impact on future developments.
