On the basis of above report, the project will be planned and the work will be done as per
the requirement(HertogandJong2010) . Thus, dividing work and time frame at each stage for
various tasks will make it easier which will result in better output and appropriate analysis.
P3 Work breakdown structure and a Gantt chart to provide time frames and stages for
completion.
The work break down structure is required for breaking down the work into systematic
and structures small lots, so that the work can be accomplished, in the context of Torchbox, each
activity has been allotted a set time frame so that every activity is completed in time and thus the
whole work will be completed in time. By properly laying down the work break down structure ,
the closing time of the project can be known in advance and things can be planned accordingly.
In the work breakdown, Gantt chart has shown its significance to a large level. As it shows the
work done against the time period allotted for that activity as per the plan(Trevinoand
Nelson2010). These will help Torchbox to implement CSR policies within the time frame and to
achieve the desired results, it gives the scope to keep an eye on every single activity which helps
in better monitoring. The cited entity has allotted time slot for every activity which is to be
completed as per the plan, so that it can be monitored continuously and adequate changes can be
made if required.
