research is conducted which help Vista Concept Dimension in making appropriate will set of

research a survey will be conducted. The target audiences of the survey were different
organizational leaders for small-scale organizations and organizational management staff for the
large-scale ones. The interview was conducted in form of direct interviews (if possible), video
calls and online distribution of questionnaire copy.
