Ans: The intended audiences are the young members between the age 7 and 21 and some
volunteers like there are some staff members who convert this plan into action.

Ans: This information is for all of the people. The audience able to know all the information

the data in the report.

Ans:
Addresses: The address table store the address for all different dimensions and a separate id
generated for every person.
The Scouts table: The information for all young people who enrolled with this program is stored
in this table. This table contain the all scout information that is: scout name, cell mobile number,
email address, home address, scout troop join date, troop left date and description field, if there is
any additional information related to scouter all stored in this description field. Each scout
member
Staff table: This table contains information for all scouts staff same as the scouts. Staff will be
mentor for a troop or more but for different events.
Ref_Staff_Roles: This table mentions all the roles with their description.

Scout_Troops: In this table all troop information is stored. This information informs that who
scout members are. In this table the troop id is primary key means troop id will be unique and
will not null. Every troop will identify with unique troop id.
Scout_Meeting_Attendance: This table stores all the information for the scout event means at
what date time this event will happen and what troop will join this.
Badges_and_Awards: This table has all the information about all badges and awards with their
descritption.
Scout_Badges: This table contains the information about particular badge is assign to particular
scout.
Troop_Staff: There can be number of staffs who are assigned to a troop with the date. This table
has all this information.
Q4) how might you extend the report to make it more useful?
Ans: To extend the report we can add the information about the commissioners and about their
training. There are various levels of commissioners training. Basic training courses are available
for unit commissioners, new-unit commissioners, roundtable commissioners, district/assistant
commissioners and council commissioners. The whole course curriculum for the college of
commissioner science has been updated and all courses list have a new format, teaching guide,
outline and good presentations. This information describes the whole process and the motto of
this organization better.
