INTRODUCTION
This report revolves around self reflection and identification and development of skills
that are needed in future employability criteria. This report focuses on personal audit which takes
help of literature and writings in order to establish and outline for the skills that are needed for
developing a compatibility in accordance to future employability criteria. The report will also
focus on personal development implying ideas for identification of current strengths that can
become useful when it comes to future employability along with weaknesses with the ways and
methodologies to subdue them. This report will also focus on a personal development plan,
which will set the courses of actions in order to achieve the relevant skills within the maximum
time frames. The report will also focus on creation of a CV which includes all the necessary
skills along with strengths and this CV will be considered a major step towards my future goals.
MAIN BODY
Personal audit
The organization I dream to be a part of is Google. My biggest concern is constant development
of technolo9gy and its effect on future employability criteria. Employers all over the globe are
focusing on skills I didn't even knew existed a few decades back. Development in artificial
intelligence have taken over jobs which were done by humans. My biggest concern is with
regards to my analytical and problem solving skills (Akram et al 2016). Artificial intelligence is
now able yo learn by their own based on the data that they have collected over time and able to
draw reliable conclusions that no human can do. I plan on developing my6 skills ion a way that I
am fully compatible with the new technologies. I tend to be adaptable to foreign environments
and I want to develop my communication and active listening skills. No matter how developed
technology becomes it will never be able to replace the emotional intelligence that humans have.
Employers all over the globe requires workforce which can work in accordance to the developed
technology and have knowledge about how to handle the same. I plan on developing my
analytical skills in a way that I am able to analyse situations in my real life as well as when it
comes to my future employability. I plan on developing my leadership skills because all over the
globe employers are looking for personnels that can be an asset when it comes to team
management and synchronizing the individual efforts of team and take them towards the
common goals. I plan on being a good decision maker because in real life as well as when it

comes to employability the skill of efficiency decision making matters the most. Global markets
have countless obstacles that an organization have to overcome. In order to be more compatible
with my future employability criteria, I plan on developing an understanding about international
markets as the organization I plan to join operates globally. In order to do so I plan on analysing
the dynamics of international markets that will not only develop my knowledge but also help me
in enhancing my analytical skills. My main focus will be on the aspects of managing cultural
aspects within a team (Titko et al 2019), as Google have a diverse workforce and development of
this skill will only make me more compatible in accordance to the employability criteria of the
organization. I will keep the change management and introduction strategies as my focal point
and work to understand the outlines for change in policies and protocols that are needed in order
to successfully manage the cultural diversity in a team and use it as a tool to enhance creativity in
decision making process. Based on my analysis I plan on being able to handle cultural diversity
in m,y organisation that operates globally. The presence of cultural diversity is important in any
organization as it encourages creativity in decision making process. I conducted analysis on my
own and drew conclusion that the biggest obstacle when it comes to operational efficiency of an
organisation is the language barriers and communication barriers in any organisation. Based on
my analysis I understood the important of free flow of information within an organisation, I plan
on developing active communication skill and use it as a tool to enhance my management and
convent management skills. Based on all these analysis I drew conclusion that I have to develop
my leadership skills in accordance to a global organisation and develop the skill of adaptability.
Google being the biggest source of new technologies along with belong the biggest source of
data already have next level management strategic policies and I have to become worthy enough
to take the role of a manger in the organisation.
Reflections on my Personal Development
This report focuses on the theoretical cognition that I gained while my analysis in
accordance to my future employability structure. (Borkar 2020). In this report the reflection
model used by me is Gibbs model of self reflection in order to establish strong outlines for
development of my skills when it comes to day to day life as well as my suture employability
criteria. The Gibbs Reflective cycle have six stages and I am going to use all of them in order to
develop an understanding of how important these skills are in my day to day life as well as my
chances to getting recruited in my dream organisation.

The very first stage of Gibbs reflective cycle is termed as description. This phase focuses
on conveying about the experience from which these skills were originated. The very first skill
that I plan on discussing using this model is summarizing, I already have the knowledge about
this skill out of my keen interest on how convenient this skill makes things. II have always been
curious how I can improve the overall quantity of the things that I say without having to say
more things. After a lot of data collection that I did at my own level I understood the concept that
revolves around the skill of summarizing(Sagan 2016). I was massively curious in how the skill
enables me to say and include a huge mixture of content using very fewer words. This helped in
enhancement of audience appointment by heightening the quality of general content enhances
drastically. Using this epistemology of conveying content, I was able to amend the quality of
communicating that I used to have with my I professors along with the tome of my presentations.
With active practice I developed the Understanding of how important this skill is when
accumulated with the confidence of public speaking. I used to pride myself over my
summarizing skills over the knowledge I collected over time but I realized how I can enhance
this skill even more when I could combine it with public speaking skills.
The second phase of Gibbs reflective cycle is feelings and thoughts regarding the efforts
of acquisition and development o0f my skills in accordance to my future employability criteria. I
was always concerned about being fully prepared regarding the future employability criteria. I
always had problem with public speaking and before developing an understanding of how
important public speaking is (Dillahunt et al 2018), I never even try to do so out of my fear of
stage. During the acquisition and experiencing portion I was non comfortable in beginning as
well. In the course of my analysis and the knowledge I acquired while my research I came
crosswise all the essential theoretical cognition that I required to enhance self public speaking
accomplishment and combining all of them with my summarizing skills to deliver flawless
presentation. During the course of my very first presentation, I was feeling nervous as for me it
was to be stepping outside my comfort. But in the first presentation I used all that I gave the
knowledge I gained through my acquisition of skills came in handy and the overall presentation
turned out pretty good (Zhao & Lu 2019). I was appreciated by every one and it helped me in
boosting my confidence.
This is that phase of this model which is related to use of effective approaches and
managing tools in effective way. This is evaluated that there are number of function which has to

be meet. This is related to use different skill where manager can be performed in effective way.
This is different where I use to perform function and manage roles in effective way. This helped
me in achieving business objective and helps me in meeting the needs according to requirements.

There are number of tools which are related to managing business function and skills according
to needs so the t better results can be achieved in future time (Kasler et al 2018). This is helpful;
in meeting all those criteria according got business function. Presentation skill which has to be
used in according to meets. These skills are essentials in order to present all those function where
he future carrier objectives can be met. I also founded that there are number of factors which
have to be utilized according to objectives where manager can perform function and manage all
needs. In order to improves business function where I can understand meeting and performing. I
also performed number of function which helps me in meeting needs and performing according
to requirements. this is useful in managing function and performing according to needs. These
helps me in understanding about all those function where manager can lead in effective way as
well as helps in performing business function acridness to requirement.
In context of fourth stage which is related to self analysis. Under this stage I identified number of
outcomes which are helpful for me in performing function and meeting needs according to
requirement. This is helpful in performing business function and meeting all those needs in effect
way. Under this I identified number of problems and strengths which are helpful for me to meet
objectives and perform business function effective way. This is used to manage all roles and
performing roles according to needs. This is helpful to meet strengths. This is also evaluated that
there are different factors which have to be used so that I can perform all those function
according to my strength and weakness. This helps me I developing skills and performing
business function to meet.
In relation to fifth stage of Gibbs reflective cycle which is related to use of effective conclusion.
This helps me in achieving business objectives and performing function according to needs. In
relation considering the future employability criteria, I notice the trend that the employees are
now asking for skill sets that were not even considered a few decades back. This is effective
function where manager can perform all those roles and I have dream to be a part of, have
employability criteria that includes both of these skills. These are helpful in meeting needs and

CONCLUSIONS
This report concludes that future employability criteria is changing rapidly. Employers all over
the globe are now asking for skills that we didn't even knew existed a decade back. Development
of artificial intelligence technology have taken over so many jobs. In order to prepared in
accordance to it, I have to prepared and have to be at my best when it comes to adaptability in
accordance to changes. The organization I am trying to get into is one of the biggest organization
on planet, Google and the people who apply for the same are the best of the best all over the
globe. The employability criteria for the organization is very complex and requires accumulation
of many skills and therefore in order to be prepared for the same I need to develop all those skills
as reflected above in the report.
