AI Summary
This report delves into the critical aspects of business development by analyzing learning theories and self-assessment techniques. It begins with an introduction emphasizing the importance of continuous learning for skill enhancement and future success in the business world. The main body provides a detailed analysis of learning style theories, including activists, theorists, pragmatists, and reflectors, along with experiential learning models and reflective practice. A self-analysis section identifies the student's personal learning style as an activist and a pragmatics attender, highlighting how these styles influence their approach to learning and their commitment to achieving business goals. INTRODUCTION
To achieve success in future continuous learning is very important it helps in enhancing
the skills of the individual which further helps in increasing the growth chances of the individual.
There are different institute to develop the skills of the individual but student refuse to take the
classes due to the boring lectures which further affects the learning skills of the individual. As
per my experience I have developed my various skills and knowledge through the lectures which
were taken by the teachers in the class (Elekaei, 2020). My attendance in the class was above
average as I use to study by myself through different sources also so that I can develop my
different skills. My goals is to become an best entrepreneur in future so that I can provide the
best services to the customers in the marketplace.
MAIN BODY
Learning theory analysis
Learning Style theory
Activists: Activists are individuals who learn through doing. Activists need to get their hands
dirty. They have an inclusive way to handle learning, including themselves, without the tendency
for completely new encounters.
Theorist: These learners are getting kicked out of the opportunity to understand the hypotheses
behind the activity.
Pragmatist: This individual has the ability to recognize how to carry out learning in the present
reality. Conceptual ideas and reproductions are of limited convenience unless you can see an
approach that applies the concept to real life (Trelease, 2020).
Reflector: These people learn by seeing and pondering what happened. They can avoid jumping
and prefer to see from the sideline.
Experiential Learning
Concrete experience: This is a step of action. Students are encouraged to try new experiences in
an attempt to act.
Reflection observation: This is the observation stage. Students are encouraged to deliberately
reflect on their experience with multiple perspectives and related factors.

Abstract conceptualization: This is an integration step. Students are encouraged to integrate their
experience with existing knowledge schemas and existing theories. As a result, new concepts are
formed, which can be applied to future experiences.
Active experimentation: This is the hypothesis and trial phase. Students are encouraged to
attempt actions by making assumptions about what will happen, making decisions and solving
problems.
Reflective practice
Reflection practice is the ability to reflect on one's actions and participate in an ongoing learning
process., it include by reflecting on practice and irradiating it in a reflective manner, paying
critical attention to the practical values and theories that affect everyday behaviour. In helps in
enhancing and analysing the overall performance of the individual so that growth chances of the
individual can be increased by enhancing the ability of the individual (Escriva-Boulley, 2021).
6 types of attenders
Idealist- These attenders feel enthused by lectures
Pragmatics-These attenders do not miss the important information.
Averagely motivated students- These type of student think attending lectures are better then
learning individually.
Fundamental oriented students-they focus on learning the fundamental principles of the lectures.
Minimalists-they attend the lecture so that they cannot miss the information which is important.
Everything but pleasure- these students feel enthused by the lectures.
Self-Analysis
I am the activist person as per the learning style theory because I learn various skills through
experiment (Rahman, 2020). Because it helps in enhancing my knowledge and skills so that I can
understand the concept more effectively it also helps in developing my confidence level so that I
can better understand the subject.
I am a pragmatics attender I never miss the important lectures because it can affect the concept
of learning which can further affect my performance. If I will not perform effectively and it will
very difficult for me to achieve my goals effectively. different lecture provides new information
if I will miss one of the important information then I will not be able to learn properly.

CONCLUSION
As per the above report it has been analysed that learning helps in increasing the
confidence of the individual by developing their knowledge. There are various theories which
helps in improving the skills of the individual so that they can achieve their goals effectively.
There are different types of students which are considers as attender different students have
different interest regarding the students. If the student does not feel interested in the lecture then
they refuse to take the class which further affects their performance. Teacher should try to
present the lecture in the most interesting manner so that students can feel interested in the
lectures.
