INTRODUCTION
In order to increase the performance, it is necessary for individual to apply the best
learning style. For the same, I used to different leaning style questionnaire which in turn help
me to determine the strength and weakness. Further, I have a strong motivational skills,
leadership skill which in turn encourage me to involve in different activities. Moreover, in
school I always be an average student and ready to accept the changes that helps me to gain
knowledge and then apply the same in future as well. In addition to this, I always attend the
class and tries to understand other’s views in order to increase my critical thinking abilities.
Hence, I always tries to examine the results and take feedback from my peers in order to
determine the loophole and develop strategy to improve the same.
Moreover, the study will reflected different learning style along with different
attenders. Also through the article, I select best and suitable learning style which by filling
the honey and Mumford questionnaire that assist me to examine the weakness.
Learning style analysis
Learning style is refers as the preferential way through which a student absorb,
process and retain information. Under the article, there are four type of learning style such
as:
Activist: These are those study who learn by doing and they also have an open
minded approach which helps them to learn more and also involve themselves fully into the
activities without any bias in new experience (Rogowsky, Calhoun and Tallal, 2020).
Theorist: These type of learner understand the theory behind any action. Such that
they need model and concepts in order to engage themselves within learning process and this
helps to drawing new information.
Pragmatist: this type of people need to see how to put learning into real world such
that experiment, trying out new ideas (Nancekivell, Shah and Gelman, 2020). Hence, they
pay particular attention to information about the specific task and did not miss any relevant
information.
Reflector: the student learn by observing and thinking about what happened and they
prefer to watch the things and then observe the same. Hence, this type of student prefer to

stand back and view experience from different perspective through discussion, self-analysis
questionnaire. etc.
Type of attenders:
Poor: This type of attender do not have a good knowledge and that is why, they have a
poor self-image. During classroom, teacher have to put extra efforts in order to meet
the define aim and improve the performance (Huang and et.al., 2020).
Average: This type of attender have an ability to attend the classes easily and also
meet the define aim. They score well from poor student because of having good
confidence which in turn helps to improve the academic performance.
Good: They have a good confidence and motivational skills that helps them to attend
the classes easily without any biasness. This type of attender actually hard worker and
ready to gain the things from different point of view (Orellana, Manthorpe and
Tinker, 2020).
By using Honey and Mumford questionnaire, I analyzed that I am a pragmatist in which I
positively search out new ideas and also take the first opportunity to experiment with
applications. I score 53 and that is why, I fall under the category of pragmatist and also raise
the quality of work as well. Moreover, I also possess motivational skill and improved the
concentration and that is why, I choose the pragmatist learning style over the others. Hence, I
also improve the time management skill and easily work with a team in order to generate the
best outcome.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above it has been concluded that I do not possesses strong practical
knowledge and that is why, I do not learn by doing. Thus to improve the same, i will start
participate in group discussion and role play that helps to learn new things. Further, I also
analyzed that I do not implement theories behind action before implementing ideas and that is
why I did not have theorist as a learning style. Thus to improve the same, I will start reading
books about different models and applying theories in the practical life and this in turn assist
to improve the knowledge in better manner. Moreover, I also concluded that reflector as a
learning style is also consider as a weakness because I do not learn by observing and
thinking. Hence to improve this, I start attending coaching classes and taking feedback from

others. In addition to this, I start answering the self-analysis questionnaire which in turn
improve the results.
