1. INTRODUCTION
Learning to date is important in career and education field. Recently my education
experience of MBA was good which help up in increasing and accessing me skills as well as
knowledge. The most benefit part of my admission experience was that I learn many new
things and explored new opportunities for my professional development. My main goal was
to become professional person in the career and achieve success. Also my attendance was
good and there were many other learning activities my experience suggest problem solving
task presentations and many more. Class structure was around of 4 semesters and in which
learned many new things were learned. It changed me at deeper level and in my time learning
environment was different from current aspect. In India, i learned Hindi, English and French
languages in my education and it has affected my learning today in positive manner as I am
able to deal with people and communicate with them effectively. This also helps me to
analyse a brief understanding of modern and older education. This also helps me
understanding the importance of different languages according to culture and region.
MAIN BODY
2. Learning styles analysis
Learning styles are essential in education field as it help both the teachers and learners
to use their knowledge appropriately. According to the VARK model, there are the secret
four types of learning style which are discussed below-
Visual learners- In this, information and learning is represented with the help of
charts diagrams and many more which is the ling by the words during the process.
Auditor/Aural- In this learning is being developed brainstorming group discussions
video email smart devices through which information has been spoken or have been
spread through these ways ( Baig, 2016).
Reading/ writing- Information a data which is being displayed through the use of text
based input and output which includes all types of form for example reports
assignments notes etc. are being used as sources of information.
Kinaesthetic- It is a type of a preference which is been used as collecting credentials
through current of past experiences as well as practices. It also involves simulations,
movies, videos, clips, case studies etc.
Student behaviour and attendance-
Behaviour is important in education sector as well as developing the success in
business as because it helps in maintaining and managing the relationship between the
individuals. Student’s behaviour during the course is motivated and enthusiastic as well as
cooperative which help them to achieve their goals and objectives. Attendance are being
carried out in two ways regular and irregular students mostly out of 100 symmetry 60
students were always present during class.

Explain about personal behaviour and attendance as a student
My personal experience my behaviour was introvert and then changes my behaviour
according to the environment which help me to focus on my personality development. Also
my attendance was regular as a student because I was attentive and active during my classes
as well as other activities. As my attendance was regular help me to gain additional
knowledge and which I analysed effective manner (Balasubramaniam, 2016).
Identify own preferred learning style
The most preferable learning style is reading and writing style as through which learner is
able to memories and revise the information which has been communicated. Also, students
with strategic approach make their own decisions during the process of learning. With the
help of learning style learner memorise everything which has been spoken & learnt which can
be further used in future perspective. It is important to be aware about the type of styles so
that it becomes easy to learn and develop skills and abilities during the process (Uzair-ul-
Hassan, 2016).

3. CONCLUSION
After brief analysis of above report, it has been concluded that there are various
weaknesses and improvements which are needed in learning style such as mean weakness is
that paper and pen has to be used during the style and which makes it difficult to carry out the
process within a period of time. Also, discussions have been made about learning concept and
education experience which help in development as well as success in business. Furthermore,
person and student are examined properly which assist in understanding the deep level of
learning theory. Improvement is needed in personal learning style such as patience have to be
present, enthusiasm is need to be developed at higher level. Development for success in
business is a wider and broader concept which is needed to be carried out with proper
considerations so that everything is being conducted appropriately.
