respondents that there are 13 employees who thinks that digital technology is
important for business. However, 4 workers does not think that it is crucial for

Description: From the above process of questionnaire from 20 respondents, it is
conducted that there are 12 workers who think that business is able to make
effective use of digital technology in order to enhance effectiveness of
operational activities and functions.

involved for providing answers. There are 14 workers who thinks that digital
