Introduction
For a focused individual with huge determination of achieving his/her set goals in life
then learning experience is one of the most principle virtues that will help him/her achieve
those goals. The learning experience will provide one with the basic skills useful in
accomplishment of tasks (Inga Glogger, 2013). Therefore, it is of great importance for an
individual to take part in most of the learning programs so that he can gain enough during the
process or even after the process. During the learning program a person acquires several
effective virtues which include; building of self-confidence, acquiring skills essential in
solving of problems and so many more. It is, thus, crucial for a person to engage or play a
role in any learning programs he/she is part of, so as he/she can easily learn and understand
the different concepts being dealt with (Oliver, 2000). In this paper, I have done a deep
evaluation on the effectiveness and the usefulness of learning experience in the research of
impact of e-commerce on fashion retailers.
The research I did was one of the main factors that enhanced my learning skills. The
research enabled me to deeply master and easily comprehend the different concepts taught
during the learning process (Pramodini D V, n.d.). Taking part in conducting the research was
so much useful and also quite effective, for sure it was actually valuable since I gained more
than enough experience. I was able to understand the basic and most fundamental
conceptions used in and also useful in enhancing e-commerce business transactions.
Additionally, the experience helped me to understand how to achieve the set objectives when
managing businesses in the e-commerce structure or platform.
The learning process will be of great importance to me during the program, course,
future jobs and more generally in life since it serves with the basic skills to deal with issues.
During the course, learning experience will help me relate the different concepts taught in

class with actual facts or experiences I managed to obtain during the research. The learning
process will also enable me have a better understanding of the programs (Jabbarifa, 2009).
The process will enable me cope up with most concepts, have a good understanding of the
different phases the program facilitates and also help me acquire the skills essential in
understanding and mastering the goals of the program (Inga Glogger, 2013). In addition to
the above, learning process will also provide me with adequate knowledge important in my
future job which I know will be a business-type job.
The process will help me with the necessary skills and business strategies essential in
the starting and also enhancing of my business. This will definitely lead to a successful
business since I will have already learned the various essential skills on how to tackle and
deal with challenges in the business (Victor.C.X.Wanga, 2009). The process also helps one in
making of better decisions. This will have a great influence on my life since I will know how
to make critical decisions regarding the several issues I will be facing.
The learning experience will also help me in acquiring of new knowledge and also
deep insights of issues which will help in solving of problems in the near future. I will
practice the knowledge obtained by appropriately executing the plans I desire to accomplish
in future (Pramodini D V, n.d.). The process’s main focus is on equipping learners with the
fundamental skills essential in helping them achieve their dreams, and this I have well learnt
and understood hence am quite sure that I will have a successful business when I apply the
knowledge I have learned.
During the learning process, I was able to do various things. I managed to conduct a
research on how e-commerce affects fashion retailers. The main objectives of the research
were; to well understand the different factors which make customers use e-commerce, to well
understand how e-commerce affects fashion retailers, to well understand challenges faced by

fashion retailers when they incorporate e-commerce in to their businesses and lastly to
provide solutions on how to deal with the challenges faced by retailers and even customers
using e-commerce (Oliver, 2000).
During the research, I was able to understand the various factors that attracted most
customers to use e-commerce. These factors included the following; E-commerce provided a
good and most conducive environment where customers could easily obtain their goods and
services. E-commerce also saved on time of obtaining the goods and services, it also provided
customers with a wide variety of goods where they could choose easily and more
conveniently. The benefits of e-commerce were not only to the customers but also to the
retailers. The fashion retailers are capable of attracting huge number of customers from a big
region and thus make more sales as compared to other methods of marketing. Despite of the
various benefits e-commerce had, it had its own challenges. The challenges included the
following; system insecurities, high technical cost, high cost of labor, high cost of transport,
no confidentiality in the system among other disadvantages.
I was able to understand that despite of the benefits derived from e-commerce, there
were some challenges it imposed on the users that is the customers and the sellers. But it
should also be noted that the benefits obtained from this system of marketing were more than
its disadvantages (Jabbarifa, 2009). Therefore, it is of great importance that the retailers need
to embrace and fully understand the e-commerce technology since it is quite beneficial.
However, they should also be keen on this marketing system by enhancing security to great
levels and also protect the privacy of customers.

To conclude, the learning process has been beneficial especially to my study since it
provided new insights into the study of e-commerce as well as other businesses. Basing on
the research findings and hypothesis, it will be okay to say that e-commerce is indeed of great
importance to the fashion retailers and therefore should be well embraced. The major reason
as to why I did the activities on the assignment was to just provide a broad picture concerning
learning experience and also how it is practical in real life situations.
